Good food, good service. Server Michelle did a great job - excellent customer service. Enjoyed desserts after our meal.

Absolutely awful experience from management. Went with a group of 11 on Monday night and the lights were shut off due to power failure. Rather than console or explain the situation to us, management just forced us to finish our meal and leave. No accommodations, no offers or apologies, just wanted us to finish our food (which we were only halfway through with) and leave. Would never come back to this location again.

Once we got past the massive menu, we were all very happy with our choices. I shared a burger with my father, and they brought it to us already split! That was a nice touch instead of just getting an extra plate and doing it ourselves. My daughter is vegan and they were very accommodating to make the Power Bowl non-diary for her. It was my birthday and my S'mores Pazookie was delicious! Overall, we enjoyed our meals.

While waiting for our table that we could clearly see was ready I approached the two hostesses who standing there cit chatting and ask if we could be seated the wait oh, oh sorry, and got us seated. However, we made a reservation since we had a large party (12), and were told we would be seated outside and assured there would be heaters. Half the fire in the fireplace at the table did not work 🥴. Our waitress was fantastic and should be given kudos.

I made a reservation for 7:15pm and didn’t get seated until 7:50pm when we checked in on time. The hostess said they had to seat a couple big parties first which I spoke to them and they were walk-ins without reservation. And with other walk ins the hostess told them it would take 25-35 mins which is exactly how long it took us - what is the point of a reservation then? On a positive note, our server Brian was fabulous.
