   We had Mother’s Day brunch here mostly because we forgot to book something “fancy” in advance ha ha but we had the best service experience! I believe our server’s name was Connor and he was super attentive and helpful. You never would have thought we were at a super busy restaurant on the busiest day of the year. He was on it and never missed a beat. Thank you so much for taking care of us!

   Everything was good. I feel like the area we were seated was over seating capacity by the time we were seated and they packed the room when we were leaving it was difficult to walk out.

   Restaurant is nice inside. Service was fine. The food was the problem. We went on a Thursday and had the sirloin steak special. There was no expectation for a high end piece of meat, but what they served was so salty it was inedible. It was over-seasoned on the outside and tasted like it had been sitting in a brine based on how salty the inside was. The wedge salad that came as one of the sides was great. And the Pizookie for dessert is always good. We'll go again, but will skip the steak special.

   First time…will be back soon and many times. Philly cheesesteak delicious and the dessert was fantastic.

   What’s the point of a reservation if they still make you wait an hour past reservation time? My reservation was for 615 and we were sat at 715. We were not the only table that had this issue and the poor hosts were stuck dealing with a slew of upset customers. At one point, another customer was so upset that they spoke to the manager who didn’t seem to empathize or care much about the slow seating issue. I even saw him standing around and chatting when there was a large table that needed to be bussed for 15 mins. I did not receive a single apology for making us wait an hour and was treated like I should be grateful for having a reservation because that gave us “priority” seating. If I was told from the beginning that my wait would be an hour, I would have left right away but they kept assuring me that a table was opening in “10-15 minutes.” I will never go to this location again.

   We were sat right at our reservation time, orders taken right away, menu suggestions given, entrees and pazookies were great! Forgot about this place. We’ll be back.

    We were seated quickly. Sometimes there’s a long wait here but not tonight. Our server was attentive and efficient. The food is very fresh and consistent. We started with the three dips and chips app. All tasty. My son has tried almost every kind of pizza here and gives them two thumbs up. I always choose the ahi salad with extra wasabi. Generous potion. The fish is well prepared. I have had this salad at other restaurants but it us not as perfect as the one at BJs. Finished the meal with a pizookie. Perfect!!
