BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Fort Collins
Our server was awesome and really thoughtful. She brought our daughter her own little appetizer of a garlic knots & fruit so she wouldn't get upset at having to wait for food. I would definitely suggest a reservation if you're going for dinner. All of our food was delicious and the steaks were cooked to the right temperature.
Got a really good time and enjoyed our dinner, everything we ordered was delicious.
Food was very good. We had the prime rib and it was excellent. Cocktails were skimpy served in small glasses. Very noisy but staff was friendly and gave wonderful service for as crowded as it was on a Saturday night.
We visit BJ's quite often because the service and food are typically great. On our last visit however we were bummed about the very poor service. We made a reservation with it being a Saturday night and the day before mothers days. When we arrived at the restaurant a few minutes before our 5:30 pm reservation we were told that it would be 15 to 20 minutes before our table was ready. This was the same wait as if we had walked in. I asked the hostess if us having a reservations made a difference about the long wait time and she replied it didn't matter. I asked to speak with a manager about the reservation and long wait time given a reservation. When I asked the manager about the long wait time for a reservation his response was that they actually didn't take reservations for parties under 7 people. We had a reservation with Open Table for a party of 6 people. I showed him our reservation via Open Table and he didn't know his restaurant even took those reservations for a party of 6 even though our reservation was acknowledged when we arrived. He said he would check to see what he could do. We ended up waiting the previous mentioned 15 to 20 minutes. Our server was checked out and visited our table maybe 4 times total. The restaurant was doing a special glass give away for mothers day for all mothers. Our waiter never offered my wife or my mother their glasses despite piles of glasses being on display and every other waiter carrying glasses to their tables. I thought our two children with us would be a give away or maybe the advertisements on the menu and throughout the restaurant but not to our waiter. After we got up to leave I asked our waiter and he did not know about the glasses for mothers event but checked with others and kindly brought our glasses to us.
BJ's management. We will try again but please get your restaurant and staff up to speed!
Prime rib was horrible. Worst looking and worst tasting piece of meat I have ever had.
First time there, the service was excellent our waitress was very helpful recommending selections from BJ’s extensive food and beverage menu. Food was very good and portions were great. Will differently be back.
Didn't think the food quality was as good as previously experienced, but it was still good. PLEASE turn down the music.
We were in town for CSU’s parents weekend. I was a little worried when we arrived considering the number of people they had waiting but we were seated right away for our 7:45 reservation. Food was good, huge assortment of items. They did a good job with getting our items to us considering how crowded it was. Nice for after the football game with our daughter and friends.
