Great service! Food was really good!
Everytime I go there they are out of Pork Chops1 I will not be going back.
We ordered 3 salads, one appetizer, and one flatbread. Getting any food at all took 45 minutes after ordering. They were out of the appetizer, and never returned to let us order a substitute. One salad was supposed to have chicken and a different dressing, neither of those happened. The second salad had tomatoes despite asking for no tomatoes. The third salad didn’t come until well after the flatbread was consumed and after we asked for it three times. All in all a 2 and a half hour meal that was not good in any way,
So glad we went Monday on Labor Day and they were honoring the 50% off on pizza. Enjoyed by all!
Very nice service
Our past two visits have not been pleasant. For the past month according to our waiter, they have been out of Diet Pepsi (both visits did not have it). Our visit last night messed up two of our entrees, another of the salads did not have fresh avocado. We really only went for the dessert for our kids, but the food service was so bad we went for dessert elsewhare. The manager did provide us with a slight discount due to the messed-up orders, but we still ended up spending $100 for an unpleasant experience.
In short, burger seemed a little smaller than in the past. Out of chicken wings (Bone In), soup a little thick and seemed old.
My party still had to wait for a table, despite having a reservation. Additionally, the cleaning job isn't great, which is concerning considering we're still in a pandemic. Fortunately, we were moved, but it's still off-putting that we had to ask to be moved.
Everything was great! I enjoyed my birthday dinner very much
Although our visit was good I felt sorry for the family sitting in the next booth. Their child knocked over a glass of water. The father went to the front desk to ask for help in clean up, was handed some paper towels. He came back to table tried to clean up water spill on table, bench and floor. NO staff help. He move his family to another booth which caused confusion with his waiter???? Still no clean up done. Staff even tried to sit another customer there when they pointed out the water dripping off table before moving them to another one. We were there about a half hour later and still no cleanup. Makes me shutter to think what would have happened if this was an emergency. Your staff walks around with blinders on. Sad!
the menu is large and assorted and the food is well done. service is fine. i would categorize it best as a beer pub/restaurant and not a dinner house, but that isn't a criticism, just a description
I would of liked our food to of been hotter. The French fries were cool when they came to our table.
The food was good and we were seated right on time. However, the noise level made conversation almost impossible. I would recommend this place for the food but not for conversation.
We made reservation thru open table. We told the hostess at the front that we have reservation at 5, she took it but forgot all about us. We still have to wait 10-15 minutes. After 3-5 group of people were seated before us (they were all walk ins), I went and ask, they forgot we were waiting. That was the worst restaurant experience. Didn’t even get any apologies. We’ll never go back there again.
It was great to be back inside without a Mask. Service was good and my meal was excellent.
Made a reservation and we checked in, we were not seated or called upon after our time passed. Felt uncomfortable when a couple walked in with a trump supporter shirt on and the waiter gave him a handshake for wearing the shirt. He was very tall caucasian male, the waiter. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful. We waited inside and the waitress was just talking to other employees and did not seat us. We felt racial profiled. We will not be back. We left and went to another restaurant and got the best service
Reservations were honored on time, service was good (Melody was our server) and the food was as expected.
Great place for meeting friends. Large menu of food and drinks and quiet enough that conversation was easy.
The two young ladies we encountered upon arrival were what my wife considered “rude”. Bad start.
Our server was polite but overworked.
A potion of my food was cold (fries) so I asked for them to be replaced. What they brought me to replace them were hard, overcooked fries. But at least they were hot.
I know everyone is trying to get back in sync but this was a less than stellar visit. I see no reason to return.
Good food, safe and fun atmosphere, great service.
The hostess told me to wait outside in the heat. It was 95 outside. Not cool. When I was directed to my table the other hostesses were gossiping about the customers. Do not recommend this place. Terrible waiter Matthew. No sense of humor.
Everything was great! Been a while since I've eaten there.
We made reservations for my wife’s birthday. The staff was quick to greet and seat us. Our waiter was awesome, engaging, and efficient. Overall we had an awesome time.
Great service from our server and bartender ! Delicious food but check in service needs improvement.
Good jumbalya and thankful it had chicken and not pork
The customer service was terrible. I had to get up twice to request for refills and cheese for the pizza. The server only brought us 4 packets for 3 people.
I hadn’t been in a while because prices are getting high to afford going there.
Celebrating Veterans Day.
Thank you for choosing to celebrate with BJ's!
Accommodations for wheelchair and service animal were astounding
I was very pleased that BJ's sponsored free meals for active duty personnel and veterans, again this year. My waiter. Donald, was very courteous , efficient and helpful. And clam chowder and the tri-tip were both well prepared and quality.
We wanted to sit outside in the patio area. I think it would be wise to open the patio area earlier. 5:30 is just too late . It does not give us an option. I had one person in my party that was really uncomfortable due to Covid and this is why we selected your place to sit outside but was forced to dine in doors
With Covid seating was ok until I looked to my right and someone was seated at a table right next to me on the next level up so they were breathing down on our table
Great food and service. Ask for Saleh or Gabriel. They are great with kids and young adults who have disabilities.
Every Thursday they have a good deal on Spareribs with two sides and a free pizooki dessert.
The staff did a great job accommodating our family with little ones. Our server was wonderful! The food was very tasty! Our glasses were never empty! It was a lovely experience.
Great birthday dinner for my son. Food was great & service was fantastic!
great place to meet with a friend after work to catch up, relax and unwind.
Service staff were excellent. Please keep up the good work.
We were celebrating our anniversary with some friends
Happy to be able to sit inside again. Reliable good food and beer options are the reason why we go there regularly.
Great to be back to in door dining!
