   I ordered a grilled bbq chicken salad. The salad itself was very watery with very little bbq sauce. But far worse was the fact that there was no chicken. I pointed it out and the server said it was on the way. Two more times the server said the chicken was coming. It finally came at the same time as our check and turned out to be what looked like thawed frozen strips. Not grilled. Not fresh. The server was apologetic and comped the salad. But it was really, really disappointing. We were in Bloomington to celebrate our son’s college graduation. I ordered the exact same salad the weekend earlier in Ft Wayne and it was delicious. I’m not sure what happened this time, but it was one of the worst meals I’ve been served in a long time.

   I have been to BJ's many times throughout the country. This was a visit to the college town of Bloomington, IN with the family. Unfortunately, this was a disappointment. The ambience and atmosphere was great as usual, however the service nad food were below what i have come to expect from BJ's. The service was slow and inattentive with the exception of refilling waterglasses. Our cocktails never came out until we reminded the server. The nacho platter was good but cold as it was probably sitting for a while before being brought to the table. There were also several mistakes with the order - wrong side orders, etc.. Again, the deep-dish pizza was undercooked and room temperature. Maybe they just had an off day, but this has never happened before at this restaurant chain.

   Similar atmosphere to an Applebee's but much better wine/cocktail/beer selections. Food was good and plentiful. Many, many options for can please multiple picky diners.

   For a sports bar restaurant they don’t seem to get it…we reserved weeks in advance knowing we’d want a spot near the bar and near a tv- all put in the reservation…from the front staff to the servers this didn’t to click— the restaurant was not crowded when we arrived- tables everywhere AND near tvs but we were met with a ton of reasons why this or that couldn’t happen. Unless there was a wedding reception there (sarcasm intentional) they clearly chose not to vs couldn’t oblige. And the server couldn’t recover. She was snippy difficult and unprofessional. Anyone else would not have tipped but being from the service industry we just can’t do that. We vote with our feet though. I’d rather get a bag of popcorn from the CVS across the street than return there-

   I have been here a couple times and I was pleasantly surprised each visit with how good the food is. Each item I ordered was greatly enjoyed. Fresh and well cooked.

   Great experience. Out of towners who wanted to take their Hoosier and some of his friends for dinner. Did not disappoint! Food, service and some football on the tvs made for a great night. Highly recommend.

   Unfortunately the restaurant was apparently understaffed . We were seated promptly (with a reservation) but it was about 30 minutes before anyone even took our drink order.

    BJs is understaffed like many places. It took an hour from when we ordered to get our food... when we got it is was cold and pretty blah. Was not impressed at all this time. Our server was ok she just had no control over the kitchen which was obviously in bad shape.

    The service was slow in the very beginning we sat for about 20 minutes before we could order a drink. But then the service was great no issues afterwards. I would recommend BJ’s. We have visited this establishment many of times

    We arrived at 5pm and weren't able to leave until almost 7pm. Food was average, not worth than the food at Applebees or Chiles. One of our appetizers didn't come out until after we got our food, but they did give it to us for free. Had to ask every time for a refill on our drinks.

    Our server was very nice, but she was also very forgetful and slow. When she brought out pizzas she said let me go get you some plates. After 10 minutes we went to the kitchen to ask for our plates. She also forgot our second round of drinks. She also got one of the pizza orders wrong-the order was for a plain cheese pizza, hard to mess up. The manager was very apologetic and comped our meal. We’ll be back, we love BJ’s. We just had a server who was not on her game that night.

    Out of the beer I wanted out of pork chops that my wife and I both wanted. Her chicken was either undercooked or not even chicken. The ribs I ordered were ok bet have had better from Friday’s, chili’s and others places.

    Very busy, but server did not have a good attitude. Kitchen was slammed (according to server), but he was slow on refills and getting us silverware. He forgot to enter our app, my side dish (broccoli) was cold and my wife’s’ fries had to be returned because they were cold. Eaten BJ’s many times, this was worst experience and very disappointing.

    We arrived 15 minutes early for our 5:30 reservation. There is really no where to sit and wait. We sat outside for 30 minutes waiting. I went in to check on our time. A table of 4 came in without reservations and were immediately sat at a table in the bar area. The guy got back and told me there were still 8 tables in front of me. I asked about the table he just seated. He said that if tables were available in the bar, he could seat people there. There were 3 other empty tables in the bar but we had not been given that as an option. Then it took us an hour to get our food. My son had ordered a sirloin, medium. It came out well So disappointed in our experience

    Despite having a reservation for 5:30, we weren’t seated until 6:15. Service was extremely slow. Server did her best. I suspect they were terribly understaffed. The restaurant was half empty although those waiting were plentiful. Empty tables surrounded us. Food finally arrived at a little after 7, and all of it was cold. Lesson learned—skip this place next time!

    Brought our daughter here to eat over parent's weekend. Every thing was very tasty. And my daughter said it was the best food she has had in a very very long time . She absolutely loved the ribs and the desert ice cream cookie. She will definitely be a return customer even without her parents footing the bill!

    We arrived for a reservation and they couldn’t see us for at least a half hour. Then the waitress told us it would be at least an hour before we get our food. So we never ate there we ended up leaving. According to the manager Dash open table over booked them.

    Reservation was for 7:00 and we weren’t seated until 7:40 with no apology, just statement that they were busy due to an IU event. (Then they shouldn’t take reservations if they can’t honor them, but I digress.) Food was marginal and slow. Two burgers ordered medium both arrived well done. The giant nachos were light on toppings. We won’t be back.

    In town for THE OSU vs Indiana 2019 game and we stumbled across this restaurant on opentable. It was just down the street from our hotel and we where excited to try this place since it is not available in our part of Ohio. The atmosphere was great, the restaurant was clean and not too loud for a sports bar kind of place. Our waiter was amazing, he recommended numerous dishes since have never been and all 3 of us throughly enjoyed our meals!! I feel awful that I don’t remember his name to give him a shout out. The restaurant has a huge selection of food ( like a car manual size) and the drink menu is amazing! This restaurant definitely has something for everyone!! We will definitely be back!!
