   Our server was Hailey and she was amazing. Always coming back to our table if we needed anything and she should be awarded for her service. This was a fund raiser night for our church Yorba Linda Lighthouse Church and I hope that we were able to raise the 20 % of dinner totals for our church. Thank you BJ's. We love you!

   BJ’s has improved allot in the past year or so. The food and menu are great now.

   This may be the poorest review that I have given in a long, long time. We were seated very quickly, but that was to be the only time that the word "quickly" would apply to our experience. We had the impression that the entire wait staff was either spread out way to thinly or that worst of all more than half of them were brand new and had no idea of what they were doing. Thankfully the food was very good, the prime rib and the steak, perhaps the salad that my daughter-in-law ordered as her main course left a lot to be desired, but overall, we mostly enjoyed our dinners, once they all, one by one, finally showed up on our table. We kept saying to each other that we should have gone up the hill to Wood Ranch and next time we will. One moment of great irony was when our waitress came by to let us know that she was going on her break! Imagine our surprise since we hadn't seen her for quite some time up to that point.

   We went there for lunch with some friends. The food was very good and the server was excellent. She was very accommodating. We got there during rush hour so the noise level was a bit loud. After the rush-hour, the noise level was much better. We will go there again

   Had a reservation but still had to wait a long time. Extremely crowded and noisy with partying 20 somethings. Could barely hear each other talk. Server failed to take off discount shown to him on arrival. Waited a very long time for bill correction, etc. Food OK at best.

   I have a problem with your rewards program. My order history lists my last visit as March 14, 2024. Nothing since then has posted. Therefore, I am not earning any points. I have tried to get help with it. The person I talked to said she could see my visits, but I can't see them, and I'm not getting the points. Any suggestions? My last visit was last Sunday, January 12. Maybe you could get those points added to my rewards? Also, I tried to put this is the "Private Note" box, but whenever I try that, the only option I have at the bottom of the page between back and next is back. So, I can't send you a private note. You can sign me frustrated.

    We have always loved BJ’s. The menu is extensive and the service has been good, until tonight. Our server (I won’t mention his name in this review) had no personality and honestly was quite rude at times. The food…. We asked for extra sauce on our pizza and it showed up very dry. Almost NO sauce. So instead of sending it back, we just asked for a side of sauce, thinking that may salvage it. When finally the sauce was brought it was COLD. Like out of the refrigerator cold. I’m not sure why anyone would think that would be ok. In the end , our server ended his shift midway thru our service and thankfully the next server salvaged what was left of an otherwise terrible experience.
