   Manuel our server was very nice but had a hard time keeping up. Obviously you were very understaffed which led to only fair service. The food was only average. We have dined here many times experiencing very good food and excellent service. Hopefully next time you serve on a holiday you make sure you have adequate staff to again restore good quality food and excellent service.

   We love Bistro Menil. The staff are friendly and attentive. But the food brought on the table is not of consistent nature. My wife ordered Crepe with crab, What she got crepe with chicken.,... Even though the waiter was very kind removing it from the tab, it spoiled the mood . In addition both the dishes came to the table cold. They must have been sitting on the expo station , as we were served pretty late.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our Morher’s Day brunch. We had a wonderful meal and enjoyed sitting outside on the patio.

   I’ve been several times to Cafe Menil & never come away disappointed. The food is consistently good & the service excellent. Sometimes at lunch it can be a little noisy, but nothing too loud. Cafe Menil is a great spot to have lunch with fine cuisine.

   One of my favorite places in the Museum District area, which is declining quickly. Some burgers (Serrano and manchego) and the Spanish meatballs was taked out the menu…. nd the water taste different (suspect they removed the carbon filter they use to have to produce a delicious water… now water test horrible). Hope the quality goes back to the previous high standard! Not sure if we will give them another chance.

    I met a friend for lunch. The restaurant is lovely and the staff is friendly. We both had the Caesar salad which is delicious. We split buttermilk raspberry cake for dessert. It's not too sweet and the cake is dense, but it tastes very light. Cheers to the staff!
