really disappointing. Waited 45 minutes and the order came out wrong. Liked the patio and the braised ribs but you can do much better. Have to say not good.

Every part of the visit and meal was pretty average or below. Snooty service, underwhelming food - one pasta was mushy and over cooked and the other was still chewy - stale tasting wine, servers with no experience. Would def not go back.

Birba has long been one of the few actually hip places in PS. And it’s getting better and better. Perfect gathering place for friends and family in a sleek yet cozy atmosphere. The manager, John, was very kind and helpful. We can’t wait to spend more time here!

Lovely setting. Can be a little chilly this time of year which is expected but heat lamps were reasonable. Food and drink service was uneven and half our table waited to receive entrees. Pizza was very good. Brussel sprout appetizer was disappointing. Pasta was good.

For me anyway, Birba always delivers. Perfect outdoor vibe, perfect martini, delicious pizza, salads and new dishes we tested. Our guests love it as well.

Our servers were great. Atmosphere is pretty nice. Food was really disappointing! Kale salad, rigatoni and pesto pasta were all pretty bad! Drinks were terrible. Disappointing experience all around.

The cocktails were really good, though some options were not available. Food was awesome. Birba Pizza is the best and the kale salad was so good. Drinks were slow to get served, but now waitperson's fault--bar was packed.

We had 7pm reservations and weren't seated until a little after 7:30pm. They might have been under staffed because it took some time for someone to take our order. I made a note in the reservation about celebrating a birthday and it wasn't acknowledged Beautiful space though, would attempt to try again

We were seated 10 min past our reservation time. Our appetizers arrived 20-25 min after we ordered and our 2 glasses of wine cam after the appetizers. The Brussel sprouts were barely warm. Waitress was friendly enough but barely checked on us and never asked if we would like another drink. Table of 6 next to us was extremely loud and the table we sat next to was way too close to the open fire and my side got very hot.

Was taken back a little, wanted to order a bottle of wine. The server stated they did not have what I wanted in a bottle, but they could serve me by the glass. Then I said I would order a beer, but the server stated they only served IPA's. Other than that, the food was very good.

Stunningly delicious. Every bite “sit back in your chair and marvel at it” amazing. The Hearth Roasted Chicken? Will dream about it forever. Hands down the best meal I’ve had in Palm Springs. There are so many “good 10 years ago” restaurants riding on the coattails of their former glory, and Birba is setting the bar for deliciousness RIGHT NOW in Palm Springs.

We loved everything about this place. The food was amazing to start we had the roasted cauliflower, Tricolore salad and the Birba pizza. Are server was great! She made a first time there easy. We ordered everything she suggested. Love this place we'll be back

Great food. Felt very comfortable with the server’s knowledge of celiac safe gluten free options. Too risky to try the pizza because of the shared oven but the zoodles were delicious. Great butterscotch pudding too. But they ran out of the majority of red wines? We will be back.

This was quite sad, really. I anticipated a great experience here, but alas it was not to be. Table reserved as it was just outside of the hotel we were staying at and the menu read well. From the beginning though.... 20 minutesnnlate to seat our reservation and then another 20 to have the overworked, undertrained staff to take an order. I'm not surprised these days by the slow and ungraceful service in most restaurants, post-Covid. Its just sad to see it manifest so clearly at Birba. Ordering off the wine list was frustrating as most of what was listed, was not actually available and substitutions were made by a staff not actually trained in wine and doing the best they could with one hand tied behind their back. Resorting to an Italian beer was also met with regrets that they were out of this particular bottle. Onto the food - the pizza left us longing for the beautiful crust of our neighborhood joint here in Newport Beach - Folks Pizzeria. We hoped for wood-fired crust and instead got a kind of cooked piece of dough of no particular character. The wood - fired chicken was clearly pre-cooked and held in the cold drawer for quite a time before being reheated on the grill. It gave all the pleasure of eating a piece of yesterday's roast chicken in front of the refrigerator. Very sorry to write such a review, but this place needs to shut it down for awhile, train staff, get the wine list in order, train the line in some basic cooking standards and then reopen. Or maybe this is just how it is in the desert.

The garlic knot we started with was nice. The margarita pizza was fine, but the mozzarella cheese was the worst I’ve ever tasted. Actually the issue was it had absolutely no taste to it. And rubbery. It let the dish down. Close to being an overall nice experience but I can’t understand how someone would be happy with that ingredient.
