Delicious pizzas and appetizers, prepared masterfully and tasting more like Italy than the Italian food you typically get in the U.S. The beef tartare salad was probably the best I’ve ever had. Service was friendly, and the outdoor-dining ambiance was beautiful.

Caterpillars were falling onto our table and into our water cups throughout dinner, and on us. There were also crawling all over the floor. It was terrible. If you come here, request to NOT sit under the trees! Food was good, but caterpillars ruined the experience

Great food, at good value in a nice setting. I did, however, find the perpetually banging door leading to the kitchen to be very annoying. Isn’t there anyway to tamper that noise?

Enjoyed dining at Birba - we were on a stay caton at Alcazar next door and it was perfect to just walk in to the restaurant. Lively and fun! We ordered a Prosecco, a yummy chopped salad and a Margarita Pizza. Highly recommend dining if you are visiting Palm Springs. Check their hours as right now they are on summer hours and not open everyday.

I’ve been coming to Palm Springs for years. This was a hidden gem I didn’t know about. Really wonderful for the food service and ambience. We stayed at the hotel right next-door and went to this restaurant twice during our stay. We sat at the bar and the bar staff recommended many yummy items on the menu. They were fabulous. Highly recommend it. Loved it and can’t wait to go back soon.

We always have a fantastic experience at Birba. The food is delicious. Ask for hot honey on the side of your the Birba pizza - amazing! It’s such a vibe on the patio on a warm evening. Our waiter, Jacob did a great job and was super sweet.
