Awful, tasteless food. Took over a hour to get our burgers. We did not get the bacon that was ordered and paid for! Service was terrible, we were basically ignored. I had wanted a second drink but no one ever checked on us. Dessert menus were brought but never followed up on.

The service as ever was very efficient and professional. The ambiance was also quite good but the menu choices seem to have reduced. Was disappointed to find that my favourite main has been discontinued (chicken cooked two ways). My schnitzel was ok but pretty average. Mango cheesecake pot was however very good. The toilets were sadly in a poor state- no working hand dryer or toilet paper.

Very sad to say, for the first time ever, I had to send my fries and burger back it was all cold. Alex who looked after us was very kind and came back with lovely hot food.

Food was decent and well priced. Service was really poor, we had to ask repeatedly for things and go up to the host to find someone to come to serve us. Wouldn’t recommend on that basis.

Service was absolutely horrid. Food was equally terrible. I would never return to this restaurant, I’d go to McDonald’s first.

Very nicely surprised by cost and value. Really nice food. Quite busy but not loud and noisy. Had a really nice evening and the staff were great.

Food was not bad at all and came thru really quickly . It was busy we were there for brunch. Service was a bit flaky tho. Servers that do not keep their eyes on the customers. Saw a lot of customers having to call out or get up. Overall a pleasant experience
