   This place is really hard to get into none the less we went today for our 16 year anniversary. The food as always was very Good however i did find that it was extremely loud. The service was great. Overall i had a very pleasant experience.

   I was so excited to go here. We were told multiple times during confirmation that it was semi to formal attire. No problem. We arrive and the reception is DARK , like a room from the haunted mansion, ok. We are seated and the room is LOUD. So loud that we could not have a conversation. We asked to be seated somewhere quieter and they did, great. The next room was better but not great. Additionally, if they tell you there is a dress code then stick by it. There were people in jeans, shorts and tennis shoes. Why did we drive 2 hours dressed up? The caviar was great and my steak was one of the best I've had. The soup and salad were not special and the thrice baked potato was terrible, it had a weird aftertaste. Our server was nice, but we noticed that it was SLOW. We sat down at 7:30pm and didn't finish til 9:30pm. Then you have to get up, cash out and go upstairs for dessert. We do , it's much quieter, the server was very nice but again, service is SLOW. Before we left, lets just say that my dinner all came up and was gone. I'm blaming that thrice baked potato. I felt better immediately though! The ambiance is terrible and even though the steak was good I don't see that it has better value than Capital Grille, Ruth Chris or Seasons 52. We could have had a great dinner for literally half the cost and quieter. As I said I was really excited to go here and was very disappointed. No dress code enforcement, terrible ambiance for the price it's not worth it.

   Waiter brought my baked potato before my husband was done with his salad. We felt a tiny bit rushed. Otherwise food was excellent.

   we loved every bit of it, a perfectly coursed meal, wonderful wine and mixed drinks, dessert upstairs with coffee drinks. a perfect way to spend our anniversary. loved our experience.

    First time visit and it was worth the wait to visit Amazing food, informative tour and entertaining dessert room. We did it all. Professional, courteous staff at every interaction! What an experience!
