   I made a reservation for two, me and my husband. We looked forward to dinning at Berns but the overall experience was disappointing. We were seated at 8 but didn’t get to our main course until around 10. If I had known that it would take that long I wouldn’t have ordered off of their “our steak” portion of the menu. We were looking forward to the tour and dessert room but by the time we finished it was nearly 11 and my husband was too tired at this point and preferred if we just left. At the end of everything, I realized I was charged the incorrect amount, my bill with their 12% gratuity came to be $287 however I was charged $353. I didn’t think Id be the type to cry over such a thing but the disappointment was so overwhelming I couldn’t contain my frustration. What was supposed to be special night, completely ruined.

   We had an amazing experience at Bern’s! The service was impeccable, the food delicious, and we capped it off with a tour of the kitchen and impressive wine cellar. Well done, Bern’s!

   Never disappoints. Highly recommend asking for Rae as your server. She can help guide you on the dinner options that would best fit the type of steak for you would enjoy the most. Delicious. Best French onion soup as well.

   Amazing experience! Love the place, the food perfectly cooked steaks! Best French onion soup ever. The tour to the wine cellar and kitchen is a must Kurt was our waiter and he was super nice and very helpful

   As always, the food and table service at Bern’s were exceptional—consistently top-notch, However, we were disappointed by the long wait to be seated. We had a 9:15 reservation for a party of ten to celebrate my son’s graduation, but unfortunately, we weren’t seated until 9:55. A 40-minute delay felt excessive, especially for such a special occasion. Dining at Bern’s is usually a full experience, from the meal to the kitchen tour and the famous dessert room. Sadly, the late start impacted our ability to enjoy the evening to its fullest. While we still appreciated the quality of the food and service once we were seated, the delay took away from the overall celebration.

   My husband and I recent experience at Bern's Steak House was unfortunately disappointing. The service, from waiter to manager, was subpar. I've been a customer for 25 years and this was the worst I've encountered. I’m very unhappy with the overall experience on 5/3/2025.

   A spectacular experience. We came for our anniversary and every detail was perfect. Steak dinners are a good value! We LOVED the kitchen tour.

    This was our first time dining at Berns and we had a group of 9. We had heard how amazing the food, wine, and total experience of the place was. On all of those counts, I would give Berns a 10 out of 10. We would definitely go back but perhaps make an earlier reservation when it might not be as busy. Where I can’t give Berns full stars is on time management and service. Yes, it was a Saturday Night and yes, it was absolutely a packed house. But we arrived for our 6:45 reservation and were kept waiting for 25 minutes before we finally sat. Granted, they served us drinks while we waited but it was a theme for the evening. Once sat, the server was great. Super friendly and helpful but like all of them, clearly overwhelmed. We ordered wine and then had to order more before we even had a chance to order food. We didn’t receive our soup until 9pm on a 6:45 reservation. Once the food started coming, everything was incredible, truly delicious, but there was no pacing. It all came out immediately after the other and felt rushed. Berns prices their food at a great value with soup, salad, entree, potato and side, so without pacing you fill up quickly. After dinner was the tour and dessert, both incredible. We got out of there around 11:30. A 5-hour dinner for a party of 9 isn’t unheard of, and we are all about enjoying a drink and conversing. But given the amount of time we actually ate, they could have carved an hour plus off that time that we spent waiting to sit and waiting to order, or paced the food more and it would have been 10/10 all around.
