   Outstanding Dining Experience. Delicious. Tender steak. Server was excellent. The tour of the Wine Cellar was tremendous. The after dinner Dessert Bar was a wonderful experience.

   We celebrated a birthday last night at Bern’s and had a wonderful evening. Our food was outstanding as well as exemplary service. I’ve been eating here for over 50 years and without hesitation always suggest dining here on our special celebrations

   The food and the service were both fantastic. We really enjoyed the tour and then ending the evening in the desert room with piano player. Overall great experience.

   I have been to Berns many times and it is my favorite restaurant. The food and service is excellent. The atmosphere is inviting. I always take my out of town guests there as a special treat.

   I made a reservation for two, me and my husband. We looked forward to dinning at Berns but the overall experience was disappointing. We were seated at 8 but didn’t get to our main course until around 10. If I had known that it would take that long I wouldn’t have ordered off of their “our steak” portion of the menu. We were looking forward to the tour and dessert room but by the time we finished it was nearly 11 and my husband was too tired at this point and preferred if we just left. At the end of everything, I realized I was charged the incorrect amount, my bill with their 12% gratuity came to be $287 however I was charged $353. I didn’t think Id be the type to cry over such a thing but the disappointment was so overwhelming I couldn’t contain my frustration. What was supposed to be special night, completely ruined.

    Never disappointed. I used to complain that it was too hard to get a reservation, but I’ve since changed my mind. It’s better that way because I’d be coming for dinner here way too much! Lol.
