Bernini’s Bistro & Bar has been the local's favorite in La Jolla for the past 24 years. We offer a wide variety of entrees at very affordable prices that will please all guests. Try one of our homemade organic pasta, wood-fired pizza, or seafood dishes. We offer Happy Hour 5 days a week Sunday-Thursday from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Great food and exceptional service. The seafood cioppino was outstanding. Also had the chicken Milanese which was also a hit. Excellent ambiance and the servers went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Bernini’s. We’ll be going back for sure. The portions were larger, the food looked and tasted great and it’s got a very cozy atmosphere.

We were stuck in a back booth by the bathrooms. Bad vibes and out of the mix—we were there to celebrate a special occasion. Very disappointing as we had made reservations in advance and watched people walk in and get much better seating.

Love Bernini’s. The ambiance is charming. Food and service are consistently great. Sooo great. Next time we will skip the pricy glorious garlic bread starter (it was a pizza!) and stick with the yummier, smaller bread appie. Bernini’s is a repeat, go-to restaurant for us. Always a treat.
