BCN Taste & Tradition, the name gives a nod to Barcelona and the meld of traditional and modern Spanish cuisine. Chef Luis Roger relocated from Girona, Spain - trained under Michelin Chef Ferran Adria at elBulli- and taught at the renowned culinary school Aula Gastronomica de l’Emporada.

Located on a 1920’s era Victorian home in the trendy Montrose/Museum District (4210 Roseland St.). BCN Taste & Tradition will recreate an authentic Spanish style dining experience with unparalleled service. The menu will showcase all the fantastic, cutting-edge haute cuisine that put Spain on the world stage.

Credit card info required for reservations larger than 5 guests. A $50/person fee will be charged if you are unable to cancel within 48 of your scheduled time or if your party decreases in size within 24 of your reservation. No fee will be assessed for transferring the reservation to a different name.

    My wife and I had such a great experience, food and service were exceptional. All staff members were very friendly and attentive especially Pedro who took care of us. I highly recommend BCN.

    Had a phenomenal dining experience yet again at BCN. They called personally to confirm my reservation and from the staff at valet to the waiter were all amazing and attentive. The food was so good! They also have some new gin and tonic cocktails. The potato bravas, octopus, fideo pasta, bomba rice are all some of my favorites! Enjoy!!

    The new Saturday brunch is fabulous. They have a wonderful singer, and the atmosphere is just a little bit less formal. But make no mistake, this place remains the most elegant experience in Houston.

    A friend brought me here for a birthday dinner and everything/one was exceptional. We dined upstairs and loved how quant the atmosphere is and that it’s not a thousand tables paced in. Thank you for one of the most delicious meals I’ve ever enjoyed.

    We have been there many times. But I hadn’t been in approximately one year. Service and food were excellent. thankfully we went early because by the time we left it was getting really full and loud.
