BCN Taste & Tradition, the name gives a nod to Barcelona and the meld of traditional and modern Spanish cuisine. Chef Luis Roger relocated from Girona, Spain - trained under Michelin Chef Ferran Adria at elBulli- and taught at the renowned culinary school Aula Gastronomica de l’Emporada.

Located on a 1920’s era Victorian home in the trendy Montrose/Museum District (4210 Roseland St.). BCN Taste & Tradition will recreate an authentic Spanish style dining experience with unparalleled service. The menu will showcase all the fantastic, cutting-edge haute cuisine that put Spain on the world stage.

Credit card info required for reservations larger than 5 guests. A $50/person fee will be charged if you are unable to cancel within 48 of your scheduled time or if your party decreases in size within 24 of your reservation. No fee will be assessed for transferring the reservation to a different name.

One of the best dining experiences in Houston. Came home last night and made reservations for 2 weeks from now. Food was excellent. Wine superb. Paco is an attentive owner who loves his customers. Don’t miss the suckling pig, lobster & clams!!

The experience at BCN was amazing. I dined alone, but the person attending to me, Mario, was fantastic. Made it feel like I wasn’t there alone while also giving me enough space to enjoy my food in solitude. The food was out of this world. The suckling pig was amazing and more than I thought it would be. Mario regaled me with rich history about the foods, the restaurant, and Spain.

Experience, phenomenal experience. Highly recommend one of the best. Spanish restaurants in the country. Definitely have the Ramon ibérico.

The staff was incredibly attentive, personal service details. The food was outstanding! The ambience incredible. My special lady said The dining experience is just like being in a classy European restaurant. We will go again and again!
