My husband got the French Dip and French fries. This was all very good. I got the crab and avocado salad which was custom made for me because I wanted them to hold the onions. It was delicious. The waitress was very good and attentive. The restaurant is starting to look a little tired, the seat cushions were too well worn and not as comfortable as they used to be.

The food was so tasty! I had the veggie frittata with potatoes and a salad. The potatoes in particular were like none I've had before. They were delicious! The waiter was also very attentive, friendly and professional.

The food preparation and presentation can be inconsistent. This time most items that came out were tepid temp at best. And there were few tables for the kitchen. Service is always great. great space for work meetings or larger parties,

We love the convenience of grabbing a bite to eat and then going shopping. The brussel sprouts are one of our favorite menu items. The menu accommodates vegetarians, meat eaters, and everyone in between. This time we were served excellently by Thalia, who ensured we had what we needed and gave us enough space for an end of the week reconnection moment.

This was our first time there, and we didn’t know what to expect. The restaurant is pretty, they have a varied menu, and everything we tried was very good. We will return when we shop at the Cherry Creek mall.

We had great service! The kitchen was a bit off though. There were a few menu items unavailable, the food was warm to be generous, but surely sitting back there a bit and some preparation was off. The table set-up made it crowded and hard to move. I will try again, as the past times have been good experiences.

I have been to this restaurant several times in the past and always have had great food and service. This time, the service was slow, the food barely warm. Every place has a bad day, and I’ll certainly give it another chance.

It is our tradition to eat at Nordstrom cafe for years, now, I never want to go back again. The food court would have been better. We had a poor server and the food wasn't great. To begin, we were not given all of our food, including fruit prior to the kids meal and the vegetable that came with it. When I asked the server to bring us the vegetable he said it would be a 15 minute wait. What?! Cost of salmon, 1 lemon wedge and like 8 potatoes thrown on the plate = $12.50. Also, my french onion soup tasted stale (the bread was very chewy and stale tasting). One cup = $10.50 for stale soup! It's typically a favorite of mine so I know what it should've tasted like. Not the usual. Ultimately, while it was a busy lunch hour our server was curt, gave us basic service and didn't bring all of our food / sauces we asked for. We also asked for 2 sauces with the kids meal and my daughter waited and they were not brought 10 minutes later by someone else. By that time, her salmon and potatoes were cold. Just overall poor quality food and service with very high prices. Last time at Nordstrom grill ever.. I have contacted the interim store manager with no reply in over 24 hours.

6 pm on a Saturday night on July 4th weekend and the place was not packed. The food was outstanding, and the service was great. Prices were good. For 4 people we spent $123.00 for 2 apps, 4 entrees, 2 desserts and 2 drinks. I will recommend this place to my friends.
