Brought to you by the owners of La Bottega, Vail’s Mediterranean Restaurant with Spanish cuisine influence is open to amaze you. Enjoy a variety of seafood specialties and meats selection. Come sample the many flavors Mediterranean cuisine has to offer along with amazing cocktail and wine selection.

For our restaurant, there are a few things you should know:

-To accommodate our reservations in a timely and orderly manner, our team has carefully designed time frames in which to dine.
Group sizes and allotted dining times are:
Dinner: 1-2 guests (1:30), 3-4 guests (1:45), 5-8 guests (2:00) 8+ guests (2:30)

-We do not accept multiple bookings, all multiple reservations made for the same party will be acknowledged as individual reservations.

-Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your reservation, we may cancel your reservation. We will do our best to seat you on time and look forward to your visit.

I thought overall the experience was pretty good. The place was really not that crowded for an 8 o’clock during a busy summer week. I thought the service was pretty good. My wife had a Mezcal Mule, which she enjoyed. I had a sangria, which was good. We split the watermelon salad yellow tail Crudo. Both were pretty tasty. We got the paella I thought overall it was good. Probably could’ve used a few more clams and shrimp. We enjoyed our evening, if looking for a decent place to eat, we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Food was good. Wasn’t bad or amazing. Mussels, ceviche and pork loin. Tasty and waitress very nice. Good seating outside. Was very quiet at 7pm on a Sunday.

This restaurant is in a great location. We were excited to try it, having traveled through Spain extensively. Unfortunately, the food was just okay. Started with their homemade sangria, which was wonderful. Shrimp ceviche and salad very good as well. Entrees were mediocre. Blackened cod small portion and not particularly flavorful. Same with pork loin which was not juicy but breaded. Sides were unimaginative and overcooked - cooked spinach and broccoli. As other reviewers have said, the espresso martini was very good. Disappointing and overpriced overall. It was over $300 for two of us with one shared appetizer, 2 glasses of wine for my husband, a sangri and martini for me. Not outrageous $ for Vail, but food didn’t justify the price. Hope they can step up the cuisine - would love to see the concept work. Execution not there currently.

We had high expectations on this Spanish restaurant and specially for their Thursday special paella. But it was not tasty, not even the seafood was good... and way too expensive. Service as great but they should revisit their kitchen and menu to provide a more authentic Spanish cuisine as advertised.

Overall - ambiance (decor), table setting was very good. Food quality and presentation very good. Service - mediocre. Did not like that a 20% automatic gratuity was added to the bill (for 2 people) without our consent. Also, addition of 3.5% 'kitchen fee' seems outlandish as my undrestanding is that this is not a legal/local requiement but an indiviudal restaurant option.

Great food. We ordered the watermelon salad, the octopus,red snapper and the branzino and it was to die for!!!! Their Spanish wines are also pretty good. I would definitely go back.
