   We had high expectations on this Spanish restaurant and specially for their Thursday special paella. But it was not tasty, not even the seafood was good... and way too expensive. Service as great but they should revisit their kitchen and menu to provide a more authentic Spanish cuisine as advertised.

   Overall - ambiance (decor), table setting was very good. Food quality and presentation very good. Service - mediocre. Did not like that a 20% automatic gratuity was added to the bill (for 2 people) without our consent. Also, addition of 3.5% 'kitchen fee' seems outlandish as my undrestanding is that this is not a legal/local requiement but an indiviudal restaurant option.

   Great food. We ordered the watermelon salad, the octopus,red snapper and the branzino and it was to die for!!!! Their Spanish wines are also pretty good. I would definitely go back.

   We really enjoyed our dinner. The food was tasty and nicely presented. Cocktails were really nice! Our server was pleasant and attentive. I would return for sure!

   We came back to Bario because we loved Gavin, the bartender. This time we had fabulous cocktails and dinner. Our group had the branzino which is one of the best fish I have ever had which is weird since we are a long way from an ocean. We also had the venison, also a hit.

   Pork was over cooked. Red snapper was salty. Server was "Mr. Personality". Desserts were good. I'd say a hit or miss.

   Highly overpriced! $21 for 2.5 oz of grey goose martini $16.50 2 oz grey goose with splash of cranberry $8 for bread basket which was not good bread Lamb chop 2 chops with lamb belly(didn’t see anything like that on plate) average for lamb chops $65 American red snapper $42. Ok Side dish of plain whipped potato $10 3% kitchen fee for kitchen staff I presume I know restaurants in Vail are expensive but if the quality is good and portions decent Ok But sorry this restaurant is not worth it!

    No me importa pagar caro por una cena, finalmente es Vail, pero la calidad de la comida de este lugar es, en el mejor de los casos mediocre. El mesero espera recibir al menos el 20% de propina y no sirve ni el agua de la botella. Nada recomendable considerando la relación precio calidad
