solo 15 mag 2025In celebration of Este Garden’s five year anniversary, Chef de Cuisine Derek Zampacorta will be teaming up with Este Garden’s Manager, Anamaria Gutierrez, to curate a dining experience that highlights the bounty of the season. The experience will begin with a tour of the garden and a small garden bite before gathering at Bar Toti to enjoy a seated three course dinner including dessert. Each dish will highlight fresh produce from our very own, Este garden, as well as ingredients from other local farms. A list of carefully curated wines will be available for purchase as well as a la carte items from Bar Toti’s beverage list. A few menu highlights: Amuse Bouche, Beet tartare, and Fig leaf flan. Vegan menus will be available but all other modifications are politely declined. Please note: This is a ticketed event and seats are limited. Bar Toti will not offer regular service. We hope you can join us 🌱
