The full menu focuses on tapas backed up a few more substantial offerings. Electrifying flamenco displays bring the place to its feet on Sunday evenings, but there's music and entertainment of some kind most nights. The sangria flows and everyone has the best of times.

good food and good service - outside because of covid restrictions. staff were very pleasant.
Booked for some drinks and light bites for four of us. Good to have covered outside seating. The only thing that I would say is as each of us turned up, we were waiting a while to have orders taken but that's it!
Really disappointed with the quality of food and the service - very aggressive at times. Both my friend and I felt uncomfortable. Got home later on the day to a horrible stomachache. I will not be going back there again.
Lovely food and atmosphere- really reminded me of when I had tapas in Barcelona. Would definitely be back for more soon!
The food was incredible! The service was amazing. Noemi was the best! Thank you 🙏🏻
Great to be dining out again and Bar Gansa, with lots of seating outside on Inverness Street, is perfect for meeting friends, drinking and grazing on good food. Really friendly staff
The staff was very nice and make their best to satisfy everyone. The food was nice and the cocktails...the Latino hunk were amazing! Very good experience
Staff were great and food was very nice. Some dishes a little small but staff advised this when ordering so we knew how much to get.
Look. The place isn’t bad. The staff are nice. The food is very tasty. Lovely cocktails. But the place is cold. And I don’t just mean because of the draft that the heaters couldn’t eradicate, but because it’s not got much vibe. The old Bar Ganza was a warm welcoming atmosphere of intimacy and adventure. This new Bar Ganza is far from that. The choice of tapas is small and didn’t have half the things I love. The drinks menu is certainly at least 3 times the size of the food. It’s a bar that serves food rather than a restaurant that serves drinks. Change the name, change people’s expectations, get better reviews.
The new chef has completely revolutionised what was a very lack lustre venue. His cooking is excellent.
Really loved the ambience ! There was a live Flamenco show which we really enjoyed , food was good, service was excellent
Okay quality food, tiny portions, more a bar than a restaurant. As a Spaniard, this is definitely not what I consider good tapas. The female waitress was lovely, fast and effective; however the male waiter didn’t wear a mask for the full 90 mins we were there eating when serving the food or talking - well he did, in his elbow...-.
The food isn’t what it’s used to. I was looking forward to a Seafood Paella but was heavily disappointed that a lot of the seafood was replaced by chicken. I like chicken but not in a paella. I didn’t like that the calamari was all chopped up and the rice tasted undercooked. Service was fine but I felt the waitress was just coming to our table slightly too much when I wanted to spend more time talking to the person I brought with me. Overall it was ok at best. Not like it used to be back in January. Would not recommend unless they bring more seafood back such as mussels which I loved the last time I came.
Amazing flamenco show!
Very nice food, congratulation at the new chef.
Friendly staff but I think they should wear face masks.
The most amazing and sweet staff, so welcoming and friendly Went there for my partners birthday. I'm not a fan of olives, especially green ones but their olives were to die for. I asked for the name about a thousand times and still forgot it but got a second helping, if you go there and dont try them then that's your loss. It was nice and quiet. We were seated in a really cute booth across from the bar. Wine was tasty and the portions were great, sangria was amazing. Had to take some paella away because we couldn't finish it. Really good night, really lovely music. My shazam was on fire.
Thank you for making his birthday extra special. We really appreciated it! Everything gets a chefs kiss from start to finish! xxx
Highly recommended, get the olives if you go here (and everything else, it's all so tasty) and I'm sorry for leaving my nursing shoes behind! You can get rid of them! Thanks again!
Fryer was broken which meant lots of the menu was unavailable, Paella was tasteless and far too liquidy
The menu was not true to what was initially advertised, but we were offered a complementary drink instead. I would like to visit it again in a month time to review
Food was amazing and staff was attentive. Will definitely visit again very soon.
They cancelled my reservation on the Wednesday Because of renovations apparently and re-booked it on the Thursday, When we arrived on the Thursday the bar was Completely closed no Signs of any staff. I had no call or email informing me anything had changed, so after rushing from the other side of London I wasn’t best pleased!
Overall a really great experience - i 100% will be back, it was the perfect spot for a casual weekday catch up with a friend!
The food was fantastic and really reasonably priced. Unfortunately the service was slow and my party about 5 times had to ask to get water, or just to be served! I would still definitely return!
What a hidden gem, I will definitely be back again and I have already recommended this lovely little spot to a few friends, the flamenco was outstanding.
The food was honestly appalling.
I mean £3.50 for a portion, what did i expect? Service was good though, engaging waiter and smiley.
I guess you get what you pay for.
Made for the perfect valentine's Day setting. Sangria was lovely, food was perfect and service was immaculate and attentive. Has been my favourite Spanish place for years, would highly recommend!
Lovely friendly staff, happy hour on cocktails until 7pm, tasty food. Unfortunately, it was a fairly quick visit before going to a comedy show, so we need to go back for a more relaxed meal sometime soon.
Excellent value Groupon deal (paella for two, bread, olives, and wine/sangria for £20). Well worth it. The paella was gorgeous, the service good in view of how busy it was. Lovely inside, nice ambiance. Busy but not loud and so no need to shout. My wife loved her sangria, I was less keen on the red wine. Each dish that came out and past us to the various tables looked smelled delicious. Would definitely recommend
Excelente comida, buen ambiente y la camarera especial!
Food was authentic enough and flamenco was entertaining.
Needs Vegan food options. If they add that it'll be an amazing place...but until then...
The food and service were friendly and great would definitely go again
Good range of tapas served promptly. Easy distance from Camden Town and the Jazz Cafe.
Fantastic relaxed dining experience. I would revisit and recommend.
I’ve been a couple of times and once again we had some very good tapas served by attentive staff. They were very busy and as it took a while for our dishes to arrive we were offered complimentary coffees. Quality of food for the price was excellent. Will definitely go again.
I don't know if Bar Ganda has become so dependent on tourists that the food doesn't matter but it felt that way.
The service was decent, the restaurant itself looked friendly but the food was probably the most mediocre Spanish meal I have had in London. Bland bland bland!
It's a shame cause I visited 5 years ago and was looking forward to coming back. Quite a let down
I had an amazing night in a Sunday, went to see Flamenco with my friends. The show was excellent, the food a little less. Still okay, but the sangria was kind disappointing (I lived in Spain and I know how it should taste like). Anyway, I would still come back!
Went with a friend during happy hour and got half price food and happy hour drinks. Very good value. Food was tasty, cocktails were good and staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend it.
£3.50 tapas sounds like a good deal but portion size was minute - three small dry bits of chicken, a few tasteless bits of calamari - more aioli and lettuce on the plate, three small dry ribs on a hard undercooked potato stew. Restaurant was empty but took 25 mins for any food to arrive. Just poor in every sense of the word and shoddy service.
Music was too loud at around dinner time - could have been a bit quieter so we could hear each other better and be less distracted by it - and then turned up at for 9ish
The venue is has a nice Spanish feel, intimate, so best for lunch or 2 person dining and not 3+ as there is overspill with the adjoining tables.
Food was ok - not bad, but not amazing. The chicken in one of our dishes was slightly pink, which was a worry, they took it off the bill. But we we nervous about it for the rest of the night.
Loved it. Delicious food and sangria, and now trying to copy the aubergine dish. So delicious.
Lovely restaurant in a good position. Lovely reasonably priced food. Experience was spoiled by initially being turned away as wowcher voucher was not valid at weekends. As this detail was not mentioned either when booking the table or the voucher, they honoured the voucher and could not have been nicer.
