   The ambiance was unique and very enjoyable; and the service was impeccable. The cocktails were excellent and creatively crafted. The highlight was the bread rolls and artichoke appetizer. My entree, the flat iron steak was over cooked; but they did re do it and remove it from our bill. We thought the entree options were limited and could be expanded; but would definitely return because the overall experience was good.

   Bar Cecil was everything we hoped it would be and more. Delicious meal and cocktails as well as impeccable service. The ambience and music were fantastic as well. Definitely worth staying up until midnight to make a reservation. Bar Cecil will become a new tradition on our visits to Palm. Springs. ☀️🤍

   The onion tart is an excellent choice. The pork chop was thick, well spiced, juicy and delicious. The burger was a disappointment. It arrived room temperature and the taste did not really distinguish itself from a few other burgers in the valley. The overall experience was clouded by the incredible noise level inside. It was challenging at first and then became annoyingly difficult to chat across the table without lip reading. We hope to try it again outside and minus the burger experience.

   Great ambiance, service, and food. Pork chop was tender, moist and soooo good. Pasta fantastic with a beautiful pepper forward touch. Artichoke was smokey with excellent olive and aioli. Really just an outstanding experience.

   Worst food I have had in awhile in Palm Springs! The meat was dry and the bread very dry!! I still have indigestion from the food three hours later! There are so many better place to go in Palm Springs; don’t waste your time!!

   We love Bar Cecil in equal parts for the food and excellent, experienced staff. We like to stick with our favorite dishes, but are always drawn to the excellent specials. So the list keeps growing. Don't miss Bar Cecil.

   Nothing to rave about Food mediocre We had a reservation for 4 and we had an extra friend last minute that wanted to join and they absolutely insisted they could not accommodate the extra guest. We sat down and there would have been plenty of spanne for our guest Just bad biz Go to Mr Lyon Much better

   Hi Giorgia, I apologize that we were not able to accommodate the extra guest that arrived with your party, but as we explained, although your guests would have been comfortable at the table, the guests at the table next to you would not have had their full space to enjoy. We do like to consider every guest, and unfortunately that can mean not being able to honor certain last minute requests. Or, demands, as is more accurate in this case. Mr. Lyon’s is also an excellent choice, we always like to recommend them when we cannot seat larger parties.
