Known for his Emmy Award-winning writing for “The Simpsons”, “Portlandia”, “Futurama”, and “Mission Hill”, Bill is coming to Ballast point Miramar on July 16th to share amusing anecdotes and culinary commentary about the world of unusual American foods. This exclusive in-person event offers ticketholders the rare opportunity to explore regional American dishes—delicacies that are hard to find outside their hometowns and rarely, if ever, served elsewhere. Featuring expertly crafted dishes inspired by Bill’s travels and brought to life by the talented chefs at Ballast point Miramar, this dinner promises to delight your palate with bold, quirky, and iconic tastes of American cuisine. Bill will host the dinner and provide a multimedia experience/slideshow offering a deep dive into the weird world of regional food you'll be enjoying. Your meal will consist of seven surprise courses, large and small, including dessert. (IMPORTANT: Due to the unusual nature of this meal, special orders and food allergies cannot be accomodated, sorry.) ALCOHOL NOT INCLUDED IN TICKET PRICE but will be available for purchase.
