Austin's American Grill is the quintessential taste of Colorado. With three great Fort Collin's locations-one in the heart of Old Town, another on Harmony Road and one in Greeley, we'll have you wondering why mom's food never tasted so good and when you can come back for more.     Just wanted to recognize the host. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but talk guy with infectious happiness. It was my last day of a 30 career and he made it much better when my wife and I came in. Our server was great too - and of course I didn’t get his name either but he was just representative of what I saw in all the staff.

    Very disappointed they were out of bison steak. It was Sunday at 6:30. Our waiter was good, but he had way too many tables so our 2nd cocktail took too long to come. I had indicated it was my husband’s birthday and nothing was done. Menu said my son was getting fresh vegetables and just carrots were served. We thought it was going to be a vegetable medley since it said vegetables. It was better the last time we were there. Once again, our server did a good job . He just had too many tables.

    My bison meatloaf was very dry, and my spouse’s ribs were COLD. Like, right out of the fridge cold. He sent them back, and when they returned quite a while later—I was already finished with my meal and had boxed up the leftovers—they were barely warm.

    We had a great time, good food and service. Great location and was able to sit outside and wasn't hot at all.

    Manager less than apologetic after waiting over 10 minutes for a server to acknowledge our Table. Ella., Even thou our table was not in her area. Noticed us, took our order and served us the rest of the evening

    Service was great but I ordered medium rare ribeye and got a blackened strip steak that was over done and chewy. I'll keep going because the rotisserie sirloin and prime rib are great. I do think they should provide a free salad and rolls for the price.
