Service was pleasant and prompt, but the food however, was more of a disappointment. I ordered the stirrup steak because I had no idea what it was and it just seemed like an extremely chewy piece of strap meat. The garnish on the top did nothing to add to it the baked potato was OK and the Keylime pot was OK.

Food was very good but their a/c was broken and it was very warm and uncomfortable in the restaurant. However, I applaud the service team for proving a fan to help cool us down.

Austin’s is always a wonderful experience, the servers are kind and attentive and the food is wonderful. They have wonderful signature cocktails and even their mocktail menu is good! Jacob was our server this evening and he was fantastic. Great for a date night or a good family dinner.

We sat for 15 minutes before we were approached by anyone. The server was bubbly and kind but she spilled vinaigrette all over my husband and no compensation was offered. His clothing is ruined from the oils. We had two steaks and both were cooked incorrectly, we asked for no pink and mine was so red I couldn’t eat it. The French dip sandwich was very salty.

My spouse’s roast chicken was delivered barely warm while my prime rib sandwich was overcooked and dry/hard, skimpy on the meat. Our least satisfying meal at an Austin’s
