The Dining Room at Castle Hill Inn ocupa una mansión histórica construida en 1875 y ha sido escenario de ocasiones memorables durante más de un siglo. Este restaurante de 4 estrellas Forbes ofrece un menú de precio fijo que recoge el talento del chef Lou Rossi y su equipo. Our chef's tasting menu is a 2.5-hour experience showcasing simple and elegant ingredient-driven food, classically derived yet infused with modern techniques and twists. Our Tasting menu is $165 per person. We ask that you provide a credit card at the time of booking to secure a reservation. If you fail to cancel at least 48 hours in advance or fail to show reservation time, the credit card on file will be assessed a $50 per person cancelation fee.

I would be very clear about any allergy concerns. The attention to detail by some of the staff was there - they provided a menu that noted the allergy, however when the food came, the server must’ve mixed up the dishes and my wife for the one with the allergic ingredient.

Overall, the food was terrific although the duck breast course was tough and the skin was a bit flabby. Maybe just an off night for that particular dish. The wine pairing was wonderful and the service was impeccable. A great spot for a memorable dinner!

Aurelia has taken a major step up this year. We have enjoyed dining at Castle Hill's main dining room regularly over the last 20 years. The restaurant is small. It has perhaps 10 tables in the main dining room and has two more small rooms for when they are busy. The restaurant is quiet, and the views over the bay are beautiful. This year, however, the food was significantly more innovative and delicious than it was in years past. Highlights of our meal included a very interesting vegetable tart, a tuna tartar with a cucumber sauce, morel mushroom risotto, dry aged duck with cherry and a japanese A5 wagyu beef dish. Everything we had was delicious, but these dishes were particularly good. Along with the improved food, the service also appeared to take a step in the direction of more sophistication. Our waiter was quite knowledgable about wine and the other staff achieved a lovely balance of being highly attentive without being intrusive. We had a great evening and are excited to see Aurelia come up to this level of dining.

The staff was wonderful. The service was exceptional. The food was a huge disappointment! Not close to expectations especially for the cost. $500 for two people including three glasses of wine. It was extremely underwhelming!

Probably one of the best meals we've ever had. Food and service were amazing. Gabriel, who took care of us, could not have been better. One of our guests mentioned how their other restaurant has the best chowder in the state. When we left, Gabriel had a care package for us to take home, which included a container of the chowder! Simply amazing. Cannot wait to return.

Beautiful culinary experience! The tasting menu with 6 courses (and more with amuse bouche) was absolutely phenomenal. The quality of the ingredients, recipes choice and an amazing game of contrast and texture, bravo to the talented team of chefs. And a big thank you to the team! Gabriel, Harrison and Tom were so attentive to my needs. They were also very thorough with details and food origins. It was a pleasure celebrating my 25th birthday at Aurelia! I went to many Relais Château in France, and this one definitely did not disappoint! 10/10!!
