Friendly service, excellent food and convenient in the Westin Villa
A nice choice of lunch items and friendly servers.
Arrived at reservation time- hostess had to bus several tables- server was very friendly- restaurant not very busy yet it took over an hour to get food which was not hot upon arrival. Coffee at breakfast was cool
The only thing wrong with the kitchen was the undercooked Mahi Mahi in the fish taco. Too raw for my taste. I should have spoken up while ordering and asked them to cook the fish longer.
Food was good, but services was slow
Awesome. Wednesday night seafood!! What a deal on a great meal!
We had the best service. I am a picky eater and our server didn’t roll his eyes once. He did great at making sure i had what i wanted to eat.
We ate here for dinner twice on our trip! We were staying at the villas and were pleasantly surprised by the food & drink selection, and extremely friendly staff. Perfect for a casual happy hour or dinner - underrated!
Food was great.. Service.. no so much
Service was a little spotty but the server was pleasant and we didn’t let it ruin your experience. Food was wonderful, location is beautiful, a great new addition to Maui!
We had our new year eve dinner. Food was fantastic with amazing views of the resort. Had a great time.
We had dinner New Years Eve and were very pleased. Our food was great and the service was excellent. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful with his suggestions. We are locals and this will be on our list as one of our favorites.
We didn't realize this would be a buffet when we made our reservation. The food wae not worth ther money spent.
Christmas buffet was not good
Bland, salty food. Unappealing
Desserts were smaller but tasty
We have been before and had wonderful food (six months ago). This time the burger was extremely salty, the shrimp tasted they like were frozen, thawed, heated and s sauce added after. Tortillas on the tacos were dried not pleasant (but the fish was good). We were disappointed and don’t plan on going back.
Nice outdoor but covered restaurant in Westin property. Food was decent and the atmosphere was casual. Went there at about 5 pm, before the dinner crowd so there were plenty of seating available.
Thanksgiving buffet was truly awesome. The food selection ranged from traditional turkey, to fish, to prime rib. Disappointed there was no mashed potatoes or stuffing, but the purple yams tasted fine. Turkey was moist, gravy tasty, the prime rib superb! It was treat to find a ceviche and poke cart. The fresh mozzarella and tomato salad was a nice addition to the standard greens. Because of the holiday, reservations for the buffet was in high demand so dining was expanded into the conference area where they usually set up for the time share presentation. We ended up seated a bit aways from the buffet table but, it worked out just fine. Service was top notch. Our server was hustling and very much in control of his tables. He was friendly, kept our glasses filled, and quick to deliver our requests. It was our first Thanksgiving away from home and dining at Auntie's Kitchen was a treat because besides the awesome food and great service, it was the first Thanksgiving in years I didn't have to cook and clean! I ended the day relaxed instead of exhausted. Thank you, Auntie!
The restaurant was conveniently located in the Westin complex and only a short walk from our room, which was perfect for our first night in Maui. Upon arriving, many of tables were not cleared, and the noise level was quite high. I had the Maui Maui special. Though the taste was enjoyable, my fish was over cooked. The Cobb Salad included seared tuna, which lacked flavor.
We went for their Prime Rib. as expected, it was great. portion is large, and you can replace the macaroni salad with broccoli.
This place was nice, in the middle of a hotel the Westin but all in all good place to have breakfast.
Hard wooden seats DELICIOUS roasted chicken!
Couldn’t eat the food. Very salty. Shrimp was still frozen
We decided to stay on property and visited Auntie's more out of curiosity. We made reservations which were not necessary early but the longer we stayed the more people came in.
The setting is basically outside overlooking the pool area. It was both pretty and serene.
My wife had the Kalua Pork Lunch Plate and I had the Coconut Seafood Stew. She thoroughly enjoyed the pork and said the portion size was just right for her. The Seafood Stew was fabulous. It comes with a scoop of rice which is perfect for picking up the "stew" portion. It was thick enough to use a fork but needed the spoon to finish up. Delicious!
We finished splitting a Hana Fruit Split which is an enhanced banana split. I could have finished it myself but I shared so the portion was perfect.
I almost forgot our waitstaff Fred who was gracious in answering our questions and making sure our dinner was perfect!
We enjoyed the meal and the ambiance and will surely visit again.
A comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. My husband loved the prime rib sandwich and I had the local island fish and vegetables that was delicious. Prices are reasonable and friendly service.
Service was fast (Andre) and food was good. (We’ve experienced mediocre service sometimes , so we were very happy this time.) Andre even went beyond to offer us towels to help protect us from the downpour as we went back to our villa at the far end of property. Thank you
We canceled our reservations at a more distant restaurant, and chose Auntie's, so we could walk without getting too wet on a very rainy evening. We were given an outdoor but covered table, next to the Koi pond. It was wonderful to listen to the rain, and to watch the falling water (sky and waterfall), the Koi and the local birds. The food was good - my MacNut crusted fish perhaps better than my husband's fish tacos. But the mixed berry sorbet was amazing. The service was very nice. Only problem was that at one point we good a few strong whiffs of cigar smoke - not sure where it came from, but wow did it smell bad.
Excellent restaurant and terrific outdoor patio. Food is modestly priced for Maui. We highly recommend trying out this place and then strolling through the garden to the ocean. Picture perfect
On the last night of our vacation we were looking forward to a relaxing casual dinner. The waiter brought my husband an O’Douls instead of a St Pauli Girl N.A. which WAS listed on the menu. That’s like bringing me a Chardonnay when I ask for a Pinot Noir! Then we had to ask/insist he take it away. When he brought the salad ,which we said we were going to split , we had to ask for a second plate! Really someone needs to go back to waiter school! The food was good, the casual atmosphere was what we were looking for but our waiter , although polite had a bit of an attitude that we did not appreciate. A rating of three is the worst I have ever given.
Had a very nice dinner here! Not too crowded, nice view of the pool
Service was good. Food was VERY mediocre. Good for a quick meal if your hungry, but definitely nothing to write home about. Won’t have dinner there again.
we were guests at the resort. It was nice to have a meal and walk back to our room. But the food wasn’t particularly tasty or memorable.
Andy's kitchen is a typical Resort Restaurant. Nice open air feel to the restaurants you say nice and cool. I had a burger that was excellent well-prepared and the did have a gluten-free bun for me.
Macadamia pancakes were light and fluff. Bacon and eggs were prepared properly.
Food was adequate. Service was inattentive and slow. Despite showing server elite status card, the applicable discount was not applied. Don’t bother going here with expectations of anything other than a mediocre meal. The sunset view is nice.
A lovely spot, with very good food. A few too many noisy young kids, and exceptionally slow service, made the meal a little less enjoyable, but food was still delicious.
Poke nachos is good, however, poke serving was a smaller ratio to the chips.
Cashing-computer system went down, and it took over half an hour to get my change back when i paid in cash.
We arrived to find the menu was not what was posted on the web site. The meal we were hoping to have was no longer offered. The only choice was a $40 buffet. We do not enjoy buffets. We were not familiar with any of the wines on the wine list, which seemed to all have Hawaiian names. When we asked the waiter to tell us about them & perhaps recommend one, he stated that none of the wines were very good, and that all the good wines were served at the other restaurant on the property. When he returned to take our order, we politely excused ourselves stating the menu was not what we had expected.
Seemed to be a “tourist trap” for guests staying there. Not for people who enjoy good wine & interesting food.
Server took our order, but every dinner brought to our table for five was incorrectly prepared or the wrong dinner entirely. Check was tabulated incorrectly. Were billed for an iced tea that was never brought to the table. The setting was lovely, but the dinner was a fiasco.
Nice setting, good food and reasonably priced for Maui.
Dinner at a resort is a special occassion for us so we dressed for a special event, “resort wear!”. What a surprise that most everyone else wore swimwear, right out of the pool. Talk about overdressed! Luckily, the menu was wonderful and the preparation equally well done. Our server was good however he kept promising things that never materialized... missing lemon in ice tea and water, steak knife, etc... Quite puzzeling since it wasnʻt that busy. Another annoyance was that the hostess and her helpers were very good at accomadation large parties by moving tables together but they dragged each furniture piece along the rustic poutdoor stonework insterad of carrying the furniture. It was hard to talk while they dragged furniture around. In summary, food and menu choices were excellent but the ambiance is nothing more than a pool-side snack-bar. Finally, kudos to free valet parking since there is no parking available -but thereʻs no warning so we drove around a long time before stopping at the crowded lobby to delightfully find that valet parking was available and at no cost.
