I want to start by thanking you for giving me the opportunity to tell you about my opinion about Atrio Restaurant and bar and as well as of you, Open table, that I had never used before. I booked the table for 2 on Wednesday, 14 May 2025 at 20:00 over four months in advance to be sure that my wife and I could enjoy our special occasion at that same day (which I informed about when I booked). The day before, May 13, you were kind enough to remind me to let the restaurant know if we were going to show up, which I did. When we arrived, we were told that the restaurant is always closed on Wednesdays!! The restaurant staff informed me very apologetic that this of course “was on them” and that was it. We were after some time squeezed into a table at the bar in a totally different atmosphere (with bar music and tv on, which is ok if you are aiming at such atmosphere – which we were not.) So, all together I have no f…ing clue how Atrio Restaurant is, thank you for asking! It´s not likely that I will ever use your service again at Open table, since, at this day and age, fuckup like this should not happen. Have a good one.

Booked a table for the restaurant and when we arrived they sincerely apologised saying it was closed and they didn’t know why it was advertised as open! But they did have bar food. As the place was lovely we decided to try it. The food was excellent. Great choice, good value and fab place to sit and catch up with friends. Highly recommend.

Booked this restaurant for my brother's 40th birthday, his pick. The reservation was for 3 adults and one 11 year old. When we arrived we were led up to a beautiful patio and then ushered into a dark warm room. I asked the hostess if we could sit on the patio and I was informed that they only allowed customers 18 and over to sit on the patio. My daughter, who often eats out with us, is very quiet and well behaved. The hostess was quite cold and firm they would make no exceptions. There is no mention of this on OpenTable that I could find, and it in fact is described as "Family Friendly". Nor could I find this info in the email I received about the reservation. We would not have chosen to sit alone in a stuffy room on my brother's birthday, when there are so many other fantastic options in San Miguel. We reluctantly decided to stay. Our server was a blessing. I wish I had gotten his name, he was perfect. The food was hit and miss. We enjoyed the siu mai and gyoza, but the crab salad tasted purely of rancid oil and nobody liked it. The steak looked wonderful but tasted like charcoal. The suckling pig was delicious. The salmon tasty but overcooked and dry. I had a more consistent meal at Cosa Nostra at a better price, and much warmer welcome from the owner. I might return for drinks and appetizers, but not a whole meal.

Booked a table for 5pm as we had a show starting at 1830. Booking was acknowledged and accepted. Turned up at 1655 and waited at "please wait to be seated" sign. Staff were in the restaurant completely ignored us we waited as we were early. At 1710 I went over and asked for assistance to be told yes we open at 5pm technically but we aren't ready yet. I asked how long he didn't know. I mentioned out 5 pm booking and he said he would need to call management because they wouldn't be ready for a while. We left and luckily managed to find somewhere else in London on a Friday. Really poor in my opinion

Jack was an amazing waiter. Food was amazing. Mushroom toast, gnocchi, and ribeye all delicious! Fondant au chocolat was also delicious.

The overall experience was positive, however, despite booking, and the restaurant being nearly empty, things did not get off to a good start as my friend and I were placed at a table right next to a pillar when there were plenty of spaces, so we asked to be moved. This was done immediately. The service was fine and the servers were attentive and the food was good. I ordered a diet coke and was given a tiny bottle so had to order a second one half way through the meal. Usually a tall glass lasts me a whole meal. When the bill came I had been charged £5.50 PER BOTTLE! This is outrageous. I know that inner city rates are high but there is no justification for this. I did not make a fuss as the prices are not set by the waiting staff, but I won't be going back.

good place. Good food (althought it was too spicy. You should write it down in the menu for those who don't like spicy food). The staff was nice.

Unfortunately I wasn’t made aware that the restaurant was closed when I made my booking so we sat in the bar which felt very much like a hotel lobby bar. The staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately the food wasn’t quite what we were expecting, given that I had thought I had booked the restaurant. Gluten Free options were limited and there was some contradiction between the menu and the staff with regards to what was gluten free. Overall a pleasant evening with friends but I wouldn’t rush back.
