   Exceptional dining experience. Robert was wonderful. Food, service , and ambience were exquisite. I was recommended here by a chef friend, so I knew it was going to be incredible.

   Very nice and typical little French corner restaurant. We enjoyed the meals very much and the cook in kitchen even prepared a special vegatarian dish for one of us, too. We would go there again. Very very friendly people. Wonderful atmosphere.

   Our dinner was very good and well prepared. My wife had coquille St. Juaques and I had Steak Au Poivre. A lovely bottle of Gevry Chambertin too. We shared a chocolate soufflé. Nice helpful staff. A great place to have a wonderfully prepared meal.

   Highly inventive cuisine with an exceptionally friendly wait staff. The restaurant is a bit off the beaten path, but it is worth the trip!

   Tonight I had a delicious meal at Astier. I’ve visited Paris several times and I haven’t found a better option to have an authentic and dreamy parisian dining experience. The menu was great, with so many diverse options for meats & fish. We took shrimps and oysters for entrance, the black pepper sauce beef filet and the “quenelle” with vegetables. The desserts were the last and best part ! It was hard to choose only one. I highly recommend this restaurant for its great service, far away from the typical tourist spots. Fred, the host of this restaurant for more than 15 years, will personally recommend you the perfect wine to drink with your dishes and will make sure you have a great diner. Also, it is located near the vibrant République area, which is great to visit other bars and local parties. It really is an ideal spot for a complete night out in Paris :)

    My friend and I are visiting from NYC and Astier came highly recommended from a friend who lives in Paris. The ambiance was great and the wine list extensive. The owner Frédéric was there and helped us choose the best wine to complement our meal. We tried the frog legs, lobster salad, fish of the day and the beef filet. All were delicious! We barely managed to save room for dessert. I had the strawberry pavlova and my friend the house special, baba with rum. Coming from NYC with so many good restaurants, our standards are quite high, and Astier did not disappoint! A must do when visiting Paris!
