Aster continues to shine. Outstanding food with a great selection. The drinks were above and beyond expectations. Service is spectacular once again. Great team taking care of us. Truly impressive. Go sit on the patio and enjoy the service and food.

Brunch at Aster is probably the best brunch you can get in Midland. We’re always happy with the price and amount of food you get. The yolks on the eggs were a beautiful deep orange and my steak almost made me cry it was so perfect. Beautiful crust on the outside and perfectly medium rare inside. Trying to convince my husband to take me there every Sunday, I can’t stop thinking about my experience!

Everything we had was awesome, Shrimp Toast and Chicken were fantastic. Great wine list, great staff, cool setting. Went during covid and it was good then but it was fantastic last night.

This was our first time dining at Aster and it will not be our last. The menu selection was diverse for all tastes and the quality of our food was excellent. Our only drawback was the lighting in the restaurant was very dim and the font on the menu was a light color, making it very very hard to read.

Such a great experience every time we go. The food, drinks, and service are incredible. The owner is so friendly and his menu is so innovative! Great for date night or a family gathering!

Just not great. The food does not change much and we don’t go there often, we are always underwhelmed. At our meal tonight, drinks were at least a 25 minute wait for each round. We also did not get offered a desert but caught a glimpse of one being made in back. We tipped over $35 on an almost $180 meal so you tell me where the gap was.

Aster is an absolute gem. The good, ambiance, service are all the kind I’d get in a much larger city. Just wonderful!

This was our first time dining at Aster, and we were really impressed. The food quality was great, the presentation of the dishes was excellent, and we really loved our waitress. We will be returning!
