Went for a Saturday lunch on a friends reccomendation. I was pleasantly surprised by the quirky modern Moroccan decor and the simple, clean - Elegantly spiced food! They have things on the menu you cannot get anywhere else on Denver.

Delicious food, lighting, and beautifully decorated environment. Great for a date or a group of friends. The service was wonderful, very attentive.

everything perfect. the service, the dining area, the cocktails, the food. between the 5 of us, we were able to try most areas of the menu and found not a thing we did not like. of note, they even paid attention to the Open table note stating that this was a belated birthday celebration.

We had the hummus with mushroom addition, the short ribs and the fries and everything was amazing.

Their pita comes out piping hot, so good but be careful! The food and service overall were really good. I would put this place on par with Safta but better priced. In regards to COVID, they do have a patio with heaters and the tables are 6 feet apart but they have built up plexiglass walls likely to keep in the heat and while I am sure it is compliant with the COVID regulations I like to offer that information up as it is not entirely an open-air patio.

Amazing food, never disappoints!

Ambience was poor due to covid-19. Wine list limited, but good selections. Would have liked to see more lsraeli and Lebanese selections instead of italy.

My lamb was good, but the falafels were over fried and almost as hard as golf balls. Took them home and they were better warned after a night in the frig.

We love this restaurant. The food is amazing, great flavors and perfectly cooked. The lamb kofte, falafel and halloumi cheese salad are all standouts. They also have a great cocktail and wine list. Ash’Kara is one of the best Mediterranean/middle eastern restaurants in Denver and definitely worth several visits.

Amazing experience from the apps and cocktails to the wine list and entrees. Authentic with a touch of fusion. Will definitely be back!

Ash'Kara has created a very nice and intimate outdoor dining experience with candlelight. Excellent service. And the food and drinks outstanding, starting with the Moroccan Mule with fresh squeezed ginger juice and the freshly-baked pita bread. Jalapenos with the baba ganoush was outstanding. We will definitely be going back.

Always delicious, with stellar service, and plenty of room to eat outside.

Service was amazing as was the lamb kofte. The shakshuksa had potatoes in on the brunch menu, but they were not listed as an ingredient on the menu so I was expecting the traditional shakshuka and was a bit disappointed when it came out with potatoes in it.

We enjoyed our dinner at Ash'kara on Friday night. Impressive cocktails, amazing hummus, & the tuna ceviche salad was TOP notch. Will go back for that tuna ceviche. We didn't get dessert but the list looked real good. Cute decor in the restaurant and really cute patio.

Loved everything. However, french frys were premade kind.

We had an absolutely amazing time! They started us off with a complimentary glass of mulled wine since it was snowing outside and it was just so perfect! Everything we had was cooked perfectly, the cocktails were great and the wait staff was attentive and polite. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes good food!

The falume salad and Tuna ceviche were both excellent. The cocktails were good but not notable same with the chicken. The best part was the mulled wine offered in small teacups when we arrived. The service was great.

Been here half a dozen times. The food, service, and drinks are always excellent. Here in the times of covid they offer socially distanced tables including outside dining.

We came for my wife's birthday dinner, first time here. We were impressed with the great quality and originality of the food. Preparation was inventive. Food was healthy and filling.' Service was great. We will come back and try their brunch, hopefully when we can sit outside.
