Not a great experience. The bread they brought out was burnt, the pasta was cold, fishy, and salty. The server charged us for the incorrect bottle of wine that was $85 more than the original.

Per usual Chef Ferrell Alvarez and his time bring the fire. We were sat expeditiously to the gorgeously directed restaurant, all warm soft colors. We had an excellent smiling waitress (Lily), constantly filled water glasses and delicious cocktails to start. The jet plane was awesome. Everything we ate was amazing from the foccacia (legendary), the oysters and rabbit (must have) as our starters. Our entrees- the market fish (was grouper), the picanha steak with the potato pave (perfectly crispy) and the porcelet (delicious accoutrements) were all perfectly rendered. Had an excellent French Chardonnay-Chablis blend. Ate way too much and had no room for desert. Amazing time, great ambience, excellent service.

Another excellent dining experience at Ash. The ambience is calming, the staff attentive without being intrusive, and the food amazing. We shared the crispy artichokes for an appetizer, and it was a 10/10 wow factor. The entrees of Wagyu hanger steak and fish were equally outstanding. And the shared dessert of the marzipan sundae - perfect sweetness to end the meal. Wine pairings and limoncello with dessert were spot on. An absolutely enjoyable experience.

Loved the crispy artichokes and fried rabbit. Roasted prawns were huge and tasty too. The only thing we didn't care for was the oysters because of the cucumber sauce, but they're still worth trying once; others might enjoy them.

We were very pleased with everything about Ash! The ambience, the service, and above all the food was excellent! Very unique menu, and staff knew all the details about each and every item on the menu. we will be going back again soon!

Went for dinner on a Friday evening. Were immediately taken to our table. The decor was retro (from the 80’s?). The service was excellent but, at times, excessive. Noise level was high and we were seated very close to the next table.Between the noise, the frequent server intervention, and the conversation next to us made it impossible to sustain any interaction between us. The cocktail and wine list was very nice. The menu was constructed in quadrants and the server suggestion was to order one item from each. We ordered focaccia, tonnareli pasta, and the pork porcelet. Food was very good but these 3 items were plenty for two of us. Prices: wine glasses were around $15 each. The food was a bit pricey but acceptable. Summary: Nice evening in town, excellent service, good food but a bit pricey, noisy, probably not returning.

Great first time experience! Out waitor was very attentive. Food was spaced out nicely. We had the oysters which were delicious. The artichoke appetizer was also a favorite. The we had the wagyu beef and the cavatelli for our larger plates. The wagyu was good but nothing to rave about about. The brown butter cavatelli was my favorite dish and something I would absolutely order again. Will come back to try some more dishes!

There are good, ok and horrible restaurants around Tampa. Then there is a restaurant group with standards above all others and it shows in a remarkable quality service and flavors which exceed your high expectations. Michelin level all the way.
