                                              Another excellent dining experience at Ash. The ambience is calming, the staff attentive without being intrusive, and the food amazing. We shared the crispy artichokes for an appetizer, and it was a 10/10 wow factor. The entrees of Wagyu hanger steak and fish were equally outstanding. And the shared dessert of the marzipan sundae - perfect sweetness to end the meal. Wine pairings and limoncello with dessert were spot on. An absolutely enjoyable experience.

                                              Went for dinner on a Friday evening. Were immediately taken to our table. The decor was retro (from the 80’s?). The service was excellent but, at times, excessive. Noise level was high and we were seated very close to the next table.Between the noise, the frequent server intervention, and the conversation next to us made it impossible to sustain any interaction between us. The cocktail and wine list was very nice. The menu was constructed in quadrants and the server suggestion was to order one item from each. We ordered focaccia, tonnareli pasta, and the pork porcelet. Food was very good but these 3 items were plenty for two of us. Prices: wine glasses were around $15 each. The food was a bit pricey but acceptable. Summary: Nice evening in town, excellent service, good food but a bit pricey, noisy, probably not returning.

                                              Great first time experience! Out waitor was very attentive. Food was spaced out nicely. We had the oysters which were delicious. The artichoke appetizer was also a favorite. The we had the wagyu beef and the cavatelli for our larger plates. The wagyu was good but nothing to rave about about. The brown butter cavatelli was my favorite dish and something I would absolutely order again. Will come back to try some more dishes!

                                              There are good, ok and horrible restaurants around Tampa. Then there is a restaurant group with standards above all others and it shows in a remarkable quality service and flavors which exceed your high expectations. Michelin level all the way.

                                              Pretty place, delicious and innovative cuisine. We were treated like VIPs by everyone, especially Savanna, our waitress, Danielle, our sommelier and Daniel who was ready to assist as a great backup. Their chez combines his New Orleans background with his Montreal experience. Just fantastic!

                                              We had a wonderful experience at Ash. I was the winner of a contest where Ash provided 50 teachers with a complimentary dinner. The food was amazing and so was the service. We appreciate them giving back to the community and offering such high-quality food. We will definitely be back in the near future.

                                              Our service was impeccable! The waitress kept our glasses full and answered all our questions about the food. The food was very good they offer a different variety of flavor able dishes. My favorite (of course) was the marzipan sundae, the combination of honey and rosemary was delicious!

                                              I thoroughly enjoyed dinner at Ash. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I definitely recommend trying the focaccia and lumache. Additionally, the two desserts I had were amazing!
