Our experience at this restaurant was not worth the $397 we spent. I was expecting some form of entertainment, as suggested when we made the reservation. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the entertainment had been discontinued, though they plan to bring it back in the future. That was disappointing. The seating was another issue. The furniture was too low to the ground, and the chairs sank in so much that I ended up getting up and sitting next to my wife on the bench. To make matters worse, I was placed next to a large support column on my right, which completely obstructed my view — I couldn’t see anything or anyone else in the room. The food was tasty but served in very small portions. I had to ask the waiter quite a few questions, but he was very helpful and patient throughout. Oddly, no forks were provided by default — we had to specifically ask for them. The venue has two sections: the Red Room, which apparently used to host live entertainment, and a darker-colored room near the entrance. After 8 PM, a DJ started playing in the darker room, but that wasn’t enough to enhance the overall experience. The drinks were good, but the pricing was unreasonable. They charge by the ounce. My wife’s martini, made with Grey Goose vodka, was 3 oz and cost $33. My Johnnie Walker Black was 2 oz and came to $26. That’s steep, even for premium liquor. For dessert, we had a chocolate dish paired with ginger-flavored ice cream. The portions were very small. The dessert was mediocre at best, and the ice cream barely had any flavor. I even waited for it to melt and tried it on its own — at best, there was only the faintest hint of ginger. With tip included, our total bill came to $397. In my opinion, the overall experience and food did not justify that price. I will not be returning. If I’m in the area and craving that type of cuisine, I’d rather go to a different place nearby and spend $125 to $150 for the same type of meal — and likely get better value.

This experience was so immaculate and the ambiance is extremely nice. Food and servers were very good.

Great place overall. From the setting, the staff and the food, it was definitely a vibe. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good night out.

Okay there’s been mixed reviews on this place but for the vibe and atmosphere you’re getting it really worth the price and on top of that the food is fantastic.

this is truly unique space in tampa. the sexy and chill vibe, the incredible food, the quality service is what you’d expect from this luxury hotel. highly recommend for those intrigued by dimly lit, non traditional dining experience.

Dined at in the red room, the food was okay the drinks were not great however I do like the service and the ambiance.
