   The food was excellent, as always, but the service was well off the mark for one of New Orleans’ long-standing institutions. To highlight just one moment: during the meal, our server attempted to clear my cocktail glass, realized there was still about 20% left, and, having already dipped the bottom of the glass onto the dirty plates she was carrying, simply placed it back on the table—leaving very visible oily marks on the tablecloth. She then rotated the glass a few times against the table, seemingly trying to “wipe it clean,” but only made the tablecloth even more dirty, and left without any explanation, let alone an apology. To make matters worse, at the end of the meal, I left a 17% tip on the pre-tax total, which I thought was reasonable (and frankly generous given the circumstances). Shockingly, as we were leaving, the server chased us down and confronted us about why we had not left at least 20%. As we were on our way to another engagement, I added to the tip, but the whole situation left an incredibly bad taste. It is disappointing to see such excellent food undermined by such poor (and frankly perplexing) service.

   Such a great wonderful, thought out experience from start to finish. The only reason I didn’t give the food a five was my English muffin on my eggs Benedict was a little tough.

   Great classic for Sunday Jazz Brunch. Food is always wonderful! The service was a little slow this time.

   Sunday Jazz Brunch at Arnaud’s-what a treat! Delicious drinks and good! The Crepes Suzette was a fantastic way to end the exoerience!

   We were seated next to a table of truly obnoxious people. The bread was served stale and hard as rocks, the cocktails were not what we ordered initially.

   We already knew the expected cost. But surprised that my drink, Madame Isabelle, was done soon after I started drinking. Too much ice. The shrimp bisque was good. The pontchartrain with good. Seafood gumbo was good. But the crab cake was way too salty. Ate as much as I could since I hate sending food back.

   Had a wonderful dinner at Arnoud's. We ordered the Chef's tasting menu and enjoyed six courses and an Amuse Bouche- every course a delight. Great way to sample some of the best of what they have to offer. The service is impeccable. We will definitely go back.

    Great historic restaurant. This was our first meal there. All of the staff we came in contact with were outstanding and the food was delicious. My only complaint was the noise level. When I pay that much for a nice night out, I want to be able to to hear my dinner companion. It may be an impossible ask, but I wonder if there are any measures that could be taken to modify the acoustics in this old magnificent space. This was a one and done restaurant experience for us.
