   Excellent food for jazz brunch, the crab cheesecake and bananas foster were unbelievable! Reasonably priced, considering it was a famous restaurant, 3 course brunch deal. Our server staff was excellent and handled our large group perfectly. Highly recommend!

   We were there for the Jazz Brunch. The servers were very polite and made you feel pampered. Maya was a a pleasure to work with as well as the other staff. The food was excellent. I had the crab cakes which were delicious. This was a crab cake not a cake with crab. My friends were equally satisfied with their meals. My wife was thrilled with her Eggs Sardou as she loves artichoke. My friends had bananas foster which was the best they’ve had in town. We had crepes Suzette also delicious. Aldi? did a wonderful job of preparing the desserts. We will be back again.

   We had an absolutely awesome experience at Arnauds ! We had a team of amazing waiters that took excellent care of us while dining. The table side bananas foster dessert was beyond yummy ! Our entire meal at Arnaud’s was the best dinner we had all week in NOLA!

   It was nice to see people actually dressed for dinner. No jeans, t shirts or hats. It was extremely noisy and thought the food was good but certainly nothing special. If in New Orleans again this would not be on my list for a return. The noise made it hard to have a conversation.

   The food was excellent, as always, but the service was well off the mark for one of New Orleans’ long-standing institutions. To highlight just one moment: during the meal, our server attempted to clear my cocktail glass, realized there was still about 20% left, and, having already dipped the bottom of the glass onto the dirty plates she was carrying, simply placed it back on the table—leaving very visible oily marks on the tablecloth. She then rotated the glass a few times against the table, seemingly trying to “wipe it clean,” but only made the tablecloth even more dirty, and left without any explanation, let alone an apology. To make matters worse, at the end of the meal, I left a 17% tip on the pre-tax total, which I thought was reasonable (and frankly generous given the circumstances). Shockingly, as we were leaving, the server chased us down and confronted us about why we had not left at least 20%. As we were on our way to another engagement, I added to the tip, but the whole situation left an incredibly bad taste. It is disappointing to see such excellent food undermined by such poor (and frankly perplexing) service.

   Such a great wonderful, thought out experience from start to finish. The only reason I didn’t give the food a five was my English muffin on my eggs Benedict was a little tough.
