Soufflé Potatoes
Legend has it that Collinet, French King Louis Phillipe's (reign 1830-1848) chef unintentionally created soufflé potatoes by plunging already fried potatoes into extremely hot oil to reheat them when the King arrived late for dinner one night. To the Chef's surprise and the king's delight, the potatoes puffed up like little balloons. We hope that you will be equally delighted. Served with Béarnaise Sauce

Tremendous service. Great food. Couldn’t have been better.
We waited over an hour for food. Servers ignored our table. Our bread guy was the only one who took the time to ask us if we were doing ok. Servers were incredibly rude. Even after I informed him that we had waited almost hour for menus, he didn't check on our table. Terrible experience.
My review remains the same, best gumbo and French 75 in New Orleans. The duck with blueberry sauce was delicious. Best wait staff in town.
Superb experience, excellent service, fantastic food and great atmosphere. Very expensive but the value is equal to the price!
Great fine dining experience
Very good lovely evening. Very New Orleans experience
We had a wonderful time at Arnaud's. The service was very attentive and the food was wonderful. This type of dining experience is why we visited New Orleans.
Fantastic experience all around. Jasper took excellent care of us, and Irina did a great job on the flambé station (Bananas Foster and Café Brûlot). Perfect ambiance and low noise level, even though we sat next to the jazz band at brunch. Highly recommended!
Solid Sunday brunch experience as always.
The reservation was to celebrate my spouse 59th birthday. We both have dined at Arnaud's in the past and always had great service and the food is outstanding. During our dinning experience the waiter brought us a bottle of wine as we requested and after that we were invisible for 1 hour and 15 minutes, one of our table guest went to go find a wait staff for assistant and we continued to wait. We noticed the 3 team waitstaff was focusing more on the round tables than the square tables. Finally my spouse "the birthday person" went to the host and informed the lady we haven't been waited on to place our appetizer or entree. Within a few seconds we had 3 waitstaff taking our food order. Unfortunately, I felt bad for my spouse that we did not have the inconsistent service and I had to apologize to two of my guest for the poor service.
My husband and I made reservations here for our last night in New Orleans. We also were celebrating my birthday. Doug, our table Captain, along with Alhenry and Michael were wonderful. The food was delicious as well. We will definitely dine here on our next visit to New Orleans.
Arnaud's was wonderful in all ways! Delicious! So glad to go back to it.
Absolutely outstanding meal at Arnaud's! The meunière is a must-try!
As always my favorite place! Still the best French 75 and gumbo in New Orleans. Love they are doing a small baked Alaska. It’s peppermint and I’ve never been a fan of peppermint but the chocolate sauce was delicious I forgot it was peppermint ice cream! We had the shrimp creole and fish ponchatrain, both excellent.
Great old school charm. Everyone attentive but not overbearing not to mention the food was wonderful.
The service was impeccable and the food was great. It was true fine dining within the hubbub of the French Quarter. Unlike many restaurants in the Quarter, Arnold’s is not a tourist trap looking to gouge unsuspecting out-of-owners.
I enjoyed a French 75, the restaurant’s signature drink, followed by the shrimp bisque, the filet mignon Charlemond and the Mississippi mud pie. I would recommend all of the dishes. My only regret is not trying the oysters or any of the other gulf dishes.
If you’re looking for an authentic New Orleans dining experience, look no further. Beautiful decor, lively ambiance, exceptional service, and a mouthwatering, something-for-everyone menu. Two thumbs up!
Always a pleasure to dine at Arnauds. Liked the new coffee drink.
Our first time at Arnauds, great food and excellent service. Will definitely return.
Wonderful Service/ good food. It would be nice if they offered daily specials again.
The food here is very good. I would recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans
We were back in a room so very quiet. I rated the food low because the medium and medium rare steaks were way over done. My steak was well done and was supposed to be medium. My daughter in laws was medium well and she ordered medium rare. With the amount of people at the table we didn't want to send them back.
Had the 3 course Lenten Menu on Good Friday. I had crab cake appetizer, Coquilles St Jacques with scallops as main course and finished with pecan pie. All was delicious and reasonably priced.
A beautiful way to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you to Augie and Steve and the rest of the team at Arnauds. A meal I will never forget.
Excellent food service and ambience
We love this restaurant- it is constantly the best of the best in NOLA.
I loved the time with me husband enjoying this fabulous meal! ❤️
Arnaud's was everything we were hoping for with a Sunday Brunch experience in this world with corona. Wonderful food and ambiance. 5 star.
From the time you walk in, to the time you leave, you are treated like royalty. Great food, beverages & service make this French Quarter landmark a must place to eat.
It was wonderful. No complaints! My favorite in New Orleans. The baked Alaska was soooo good!
This was our first time eating here. We were blown away by the service! Our food was delicious. Can’t wait to go back!
We arrived early for our dinner reservation so we sat in "The French 75 Bar" for an appetizer and drink. The Tuxedo #2 cocktail was amazing and our snapper and drum fish dinners were delicious. Every table has three rotating waiters/waitresses; service incomparable. Highly recommend.
Great dinner during our getaway to New Orleans!
Overall a very good dining experience. Caesar salad dressing was heavy on the anchovy, but otherwise food was excellent. Service was good, as always.
From the time you enter the door, from check in to table seating, through entire dinner, there is no better staff. Hands down the best. The make you feel like part of the family. A few of the other “Old New Orleans” restaurants should take notes. Delicious food, best chicken and sausage gumbo in the city. Same for their French 75.
If you’re a vegetarian it is harder to eat, but the vegetables and salads are pretty good. The soufflé potatoes are amazing and you need to order them and enjoy them with a drink, French 75 is personal recommendation. Though my favorite was the Cafe Brulot at the end of the night!
A New Orleans fine tradition. Unmatched. Exceptional!
Good food, great service and a wonderful atmosphere
Visiting New Orleans from Minnesota. Wanted to do something special. Our experience was wonderful at Arnaud’s.
Our whole experience was marvelous from start to finish! Sean, the maitre d' was terrific! He took care of us in both cocktail lounges and made sure we were pleased. Our dinner was outstanding with every detail met. Loved this restaurant immensely and it was our favorite in NOLA. We highly recommend this restaurant.
