Bananas Foster for Two
A local favorite. Bananas sauted in butter, cinnamon and brown sugar, flamed tableside with banana liqueur and dark rum and served over Brocato's French vanilla ice cream (Additional $4 per person)
The essence of Creole. Eggplant and andouille sausage
Gulf shrimp simmered in a spicy Tomato Sauce with Creole vegetables. Served with rice Pilaf
We went here for our friends birthday and she loves haunted things. So we chose this place and it did not let us down. Best food ever!
We had a Fabulous brunch
From the moment we arrived
We were greeted with a welcome of
from the jazz trio!
Cocktails, food and our special ordered
Baked Alaska all 💯
Amazing dining experience!
Simply a great dining experience and food is great
Staff is great and will return every time I am in the NOLA overnight
Really enjoyed our meal at Arnaud’s! Incredible food and the staff were all fantastic and attentive. We will return when we make our way back to NOLA!
Had a great time. Very special occasion with wife which we unfortunately had to celebrate by ourselves due to COVID. Dont think twice and order the potato soufflé for the table
Went to Arnaud's 75 for drinks then to Arnaud's for a birthday dinner celebration.
This was during Covid, so it was very quiet but the food and service was impeccable.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. Always opt for the table side bananas foster presentation. Miss the live music, but we had a memorable time!!
One of my favorite special occasion restaurants in New Orleans.
The turtle soup was the best i have had. Highly recommended! We may have gotten a newer server since he could have been slightly more attentive. All said, though, the meal was an amazing experience. I would go back now if I could.
Better than ever!
Oh My! It was over the top! The service was spot on and the food and overall ambience was so elegant but yet warm and inviting no matter who you were. Everyone was treated with utmost glamour and respect. I had never been before and will definitely be back anytime I am in New Orleans! The food was amazing. Please try the Soufflé Potatoes. They are a side but great for an appetizer. Absolutely loved the Bananas Foster cooked and served table side. *5 stars all around!
Arnaud's IS gracious Southern hospitality and Creole New Orleans cuisine at it's finest. Go for the experience. The food is equaliy wonderful.
A truly incredible dining experience. Turtle soup and oyster Arnaud were both phenomenal. Sommelier on duty was extremely helpful. Service and ambiance couldn’t have been better.
The service was great. Wine and cocktails very good. Filet excellent. Fish ponchatrain average. Shrimp bisque and gumbo too cold. Sent it back and still not hot enough. Cappuccino and crepe brûlée the best. Cocktails at French 75 never disappoint. Will be back. Hopefully menu will be back to normal.
Excellent service and perfect preparation of creole classics. Main dining room is beautiful albeit at times loud; an obnoxiously boisterous group at a table near ours made the first half of the meal less enjoyable than the remainder of the meal. Very knowledgable and helpful sommelier was a nice touch. Don't miss out on the elegant table side preparation of Cafe Brulo and/or Bananas Foster.
Greatest Bartenders ever
From the moment we walked in the service was poor. Do yourself a favor and save your money and time. The service was horrendous and the food was decent. There are so many other restaurants in New Orleans that put this place to shame, we definitely regret staying and eating here. This experience completely put a damper on our evening.
Here is how our night went. We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and we're asked to wait until a table was ready, which was completely fine seeing as we were early. 2 separate couples came in minutes after us both saying they had reservations for the same time as us and they were sat immediately at a table. I went to ask how much longer till a table was ready, she escorted us to the bar area so we could have drinks, probably trying to distract us from the fact she clearly forgot about us. We sat in the bar for 20 minutes PAST our original reservation time waiting to be seated.
This is a total of over 30 minutes of watching other people get seated before us and being consistently forgotten.
We finally got to sit down, and we were eager to turn our night around. Unfortunately that did not happen. It took another 15 minutes for someone to come to the table to take our orders. Multiple people came to the table trying to take our orders after we had already placed them, the communication between staff was poor. Our water glasses were never filled, my first course was brought out before my boyfriend's, no one came to check on us the whole evening.
From the moment we walked in we were forgotten, any requests or orders we made was either delayed or never reached our table. The food was decent, but I have had better. SAVE YOUR MONEY and don't go here.
It’s been a while since I’ve been to Arnaulds. I was excited to support local businesses and bring out of towners to a restaurant they had never been. The ambiance is great and it feels like always a New Orleans old fashioned restaurant. The food was good if not really good. The Potato’s were amazing as always and the trout and steaks were great. The service was the problem. I’m not sure if our waiter was mentally ill or on drugs but that should be the only reason he was so rude and so poor a water. His support staff were trying to make up for it but when the head waiter is so poor it’s impossible to fix it. He answered questions very rudely as well as being generally a smart Alec. He wasn’t very attentive and was late every time he should have noticed and come to the table. The Maitre d was lovely but not wanting to upset my guests I didn’t say anything to him. It was almost comedic as the water would do sobering worse each time he visited the table. He was terrible. Otherwise it was a great evening. Sad that they let these people stay just because they’ve been there a long time. Sometimes it’s better to let a jaded person go and get new blood. I understand you can treat tourists that way as they probably won’t be back but locals ??? Just letting you know. Not fun. Too many options to have this happen.
Exceptional service and great food. Sometimes when going to higher end restaurants, if you are not someone who frequents them often, the service treats you a bit differently. We did not feel that way and enjoyed the welcoming service.
We had an awesome experience at Arnaud's! Such caring staff and delicious food and drinks.
The jazz brunch was fabulous. The food and service were spot on! We'll definitely be back.
The French 75 drinks were delicious. So was the blueberry duck dish! Beautiful holiday ambiance made for a great dinner with girlfriends.
We went there for a marriage proposal. Everything was perfect. The food, ambience and service exceeded all of our expectations. And of course, she said yes!
Great experience as always
Shrimp remoulade was delicious for our appetizer. We had Red Fish Pontchatrain cooked perfectly and Bananas Foster for dessert. Wonderful meal!
Exceptional service and food. I would highly recommend, especially for a special occasion
We booked Arnauds on OpenTable, but we were led through the big, pretty dining room of Arnauds and put in their Jazz Bistro instead. It was a big bummer because being in the beautiful, festive setting is why we chose Arnauds! Service was great. We did the reveillion dinner, and the pork was way over cooked.
We were sat in the “overflow” section, even though there was few people when we arrived. As we were leaving, myself, my husband and our three children couldn’t help but feel that we were sat in an are away from the main dinning room area occupied by white guest . We totally felt there was some discrimination because of our ethnicity. There is a dress code and we all followed it. The people in the dinning room we were sat in obviously didn’t follow the dress code. In particular there was a couple across from us who made a spectacle of themselves, kissing and fondling each other in front of our young children. We totally felt that we were sat away from the posh guest because of our race. We were sat in in the rift raft section. This made me and my family feel incredibly sad and absolutely disappointed that this took place. Our meals cost the same as those of the other white patrons did. Sad to say , we will never return nor recommend this restaurant to anyone. I do have to say, we had excellent waiters.
Our lunch at Arnaud's was my favorite part of Christmas. It was a lovely meal and we all enjoyed it very much!
Absolutely amazing. Our servers, Marko and Brian, were fantastic and made wonderful recommendations for us. We had the turtle soup, the shrimp gumbo, the escargot, the red fish, the steak and the famous potatoes suffle. Everything was perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned and prepared. We can't wait to return!
Our waiter, Doug, was outstanding...he recognized the needs of our special needs daughter and made the meal great for her as well as us!
Fabulous in every area: decor, service, musicians, ambiance, vibe and culinary all one of the best in the country for Sunday brunch.
We had the fixed price menu .. Perhaps that was a mistake. The risotto was fine but unremarkable. The quail with rice pilaf was a disappointment - the quail were over- cooked, dry and had no flavor. You hate to say that a place is "trading on their name" but what else is there to say? Go to GW Fins across the street - if you can get in :)
A terrific experience. Wonderful service. Will be back on our next New Orleans visit.
The wait staff is the best in NOLA. The menu is one of the best in NOLA. With all of the new restaurants in NOLA this is still one of the best.
Great meal, impeccable service, friendly staff always smiling. Wonderful ambiance made for a great birthday brunch with friends
Best New Orleans has to offer.
Our Girls Annual Christmas lunch
It was lovely, relaxed, delicious. There was great attention to detail and hospitality.
