Some of the most authentic spanish food in the US, I have tried plenty of other Spanish resturants in Colorado and this one is by far the best and closest to what you get in Spain.

Tapas should be small plates so you can order a number. We started with a potatoes dish that was very big and we know we could only order one more item. We ordered a cheese and meat plate that was 35$ and looked big in the picture but was actually not that big especially for that price. Maybe with a large group it would work better

My family and I really enjoyed the food. Very authentic Spanish food. They have a very limited wine list. Mostly Spanish wines. The bottle prices were way too high. 3-4 times the price you can get them for in a wine store. Overall a good place to eat.

This could be a great place, but lacks attention to detail and hospitality. Some food dishes were above average, some well below average. The server did not write order down and forgot to put in and proceeded to gaslight our table. Automatic gratuity on a party of 6 is ridiculous, especially when no one ever checked on us unless we would waved like crazy or raised our voices to get someone’s attention. Water refills were about as available here as in the Sahara Desert. When asking for a better cooked piece of fish for the paella instead of the burnt piece of cod, they removed the entire dish and 45mins later brought out an entirely new plate with no flavor and nearly raw piece of cod. Restaurant was empty when we asked for new fish, so it should not have taken that long for a piece of fish. We have eaten at Soanish restaurants in LA and NY and never had this poor of an experience. Hoping this place decides to step its game up in all facets from hospitality to service to food quality. If it doesn’t it will not last.

There was a bad that way very loud for the small space and we could hardly talk to one another.
