The West Hollywood EDITION’s signature restaurant, Ardor, is a showcase for vegetable-forward healthy California cuisine with flavors inspired by local ingredients. Our menu features an artful balance of produce and meats, using techniques from around the world and products sourced hyper-locally. Each dish is made with organic ingredients and focuses on the essence of food, prepared simply and presented socially for a contemporary culinary journey.

Reservations are seated based on availability at arrival and are allocated 2 hours to dine once seated. Reservation of 5 or greater will be allocated 2.5 hours. Full party must be present in order to be seated & we allow a 15-minute grace period.

An 18.5% Staff Charge Added to all Checks and is Paid Entirely to Service Staff

This Mother's Day, Ardor welcomes friends and families to enjoy a grand brunch experience. Guests will enjoy a complimentary welcome gift, an abundance of indulgent bites, an immersive dessert garden covered in house-made confections, chef-attended stations, and entertainment throughout the day. Please note: A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation, and your card will be charged $100 per person for no show reservations. An automatic 18.5% staff charge will be added to your bill. The staff charge is paid entirely to service employees. Taxes are not included.

Amazing quality service. I felt welcome the moment I stepped into the restaurant. They were very accommodating and checking my bag which was very heavy so I really appreciated that I made new friends at the bar. I’m new LA and I was welcomed with open arms.

We arrived for a late breakfast and were greeted by a friendly host and seated promptly (10% occupancy). The food was very good, delicious pancakes but the cappuccinos were underwhelming. The waiter was friendly and attentive. It’s a good breakfast spot but fix the cappuccinos!

Food was incredible. Ambience was amazing. Our server Miranda was attentive and informative about the menu. Will dine here again.

The plants throughout and staffs uniforms give the entire place a warm earthy vibe. We dined for valentines, and each plate was thoughtfully put together. From the amuse to dessert, each plate was perfect in portion and mouthfeel. My favorite was the beet agnolotti, which surprised and delighted me with a dehydrated beet crunch. My partner’s favorite dish was the main course steak, which featured a savory and craveable truffle sauce. Our special mention goes to the beefsteak tomato milk bread. The buttery crunch of the edge pieces left me wanting another to take home. Our server was perfectly attentive and always timely with our drinks. It was a truly wonderful experience and I will be recommending to friends.
