    Marc was a personable and attentive server. His recommendations were spot on! It seemed like the restaurant was out of several items while we were there, but I understand that these things are out of their control these days. The restaurant offered alternative recommendations and allowed substitutions due to these issues. The crab gnocchi appetizer was delicious, as was the scallop entree! The ambience is fantastic. Appoline is set in a house on Magazine, and the dining room is warm and welcoming. This restaurant is great for a variety of occasions.

    The service was great. And so were the fried green tomatoes. That’s the only nice thing I can say about our experience. That’s where it ends. The wedge salad is not a wedge. It’s three pieces of bib lettuce, three grape tomatoes cut in half, a little bacon and so much dressing. The salmon avocado toast was way too salty. The toast was so hard you couldn’t even cut it with a knife. The corn bisque was so bland. We sent the salad back but then we felt we couldn’t complain about the other parts of the meal. We just sucked up the cost of the inedible food and called it a day. Would not recommend and won’t be back.

    I never write reviews because restaurants are rarely so impressively deserving of a review. Apolline deserves a Michelin star. The flavors emit an incredible umami and the creative twists yield unfathomable flavors. You will not regret making a reservation here.

    Overall the experience was okay. Food was room temperature. The server seemed a little preoccupied. Atmosphere was great! Best part of endless mimosa.

    The food for brunch was sooooo good. Bloody Mary’s were amazing, the biscuits and jam, chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, it was alllll so delicious. 10/10 recommend

    The food was very flavorful here and we had excellent service. Truly appreciate them for accommodating a larger party and the waiter’s recommendations.. He did not steer us wrong. Great bottomless mimosa option, as well as other great drink options. Highly advise trying this place out!

    Apolline was a wonderful experience as usual. The pork chop was outstanding as were the lamb, salmon, pork belly appetizer and bread pudding! The craft cocktails and champagne were exceptional. The staff was very attentive and made our celebration special! Our go-to restaurant!
