   All drinks come from the bar, even non-alcoholic, causing a long wait for beverages. The coke is a “cola” with little taste and carbonation. Food was delicious, but make sure you’ve got the time to spend as our food took about an hour from order to table.

   Food was good. Waiter was good but had too many tables to care for. And my biggest complaint was it was so loud I couldn't hear the person next to me. I was a little perturbed that they added a 4% charge automatically to the kitchen staff. I won't be going again.

   Arrived for a reservation at 12:15 food did not get to our table until 1:20. That’s right an hour and five minutes. they are either woefully understaffed or their kitchen is too small or poorly managed. If you don’t have the capacity to serve patrons in a reasonable amount of time, have less tables or more staff or a bigger kitchen. Our waiter was very nice, but nothing really makes up for over an hour wait after ordering brunch.

   Was told in response to waiting 50 minutes for food that “brunch is our busiest hour and the table behind you got their food first because they were in a hurry to the airport” mind you we left after said table. Waitress was no where to be found for 20 minutes at a time. Food when it finally came out was lukewarm and burger so overdone it was not edible. 50% off our bill. I wouldn’t pay for anything but the alcohol. We have been many times as locals and this felt like no staff and a free for all. It will be a while before we return.

   Apolline is that neighborhood gem that makes you happy you live in the neighborhood! The drinks are great, with an excellent wine list and interesting cocktails. The food is wonderful, with innovative specials and a salmon entree that keeps me coming back. The service is also very good, with the team working together nicely to provide seamless, attentive service.

   We were very disappointed in the overall experience. The food was mediocre and overpriced. Our server was terrible. He was not attentive and did not provide all choices of the drinks available. He definitely needs training. It took over an hour to get our food. My hamburger was lacking taste overall. The pickles were flavorless. The menu stated thick slice bacon. It was very thin. The potato hash was very over seasoned. We like seasoning. Would not recommend.

   Overall the experience was fantastic. The amount of people there at the time was heavy however the server did an excellent job in communicating the dynamics of it all and in addition was able to make some fantastic recommendations to ensure our experience was not noticeably effected by the crowd amount at that hour. This was my third time at this establish me y and just like the first and second it was a pleasure dining.
