   Disappointing experience. We asked for a better table and only after insisting we were moved to a table meant for 1 person only- the other 2 tables we had asked to move in remained empty during the 2.5 hours we spent there. Why we weren’t allowed to sit there will remain a mystery. Food and drinks: we had to ask multiple times for drinks, as they seemed to have forgotten, after a 20 minutes wait they came with the wrong order. Brunch was very good, but the portions quite small. Will not be back and wouldn’t recommend.

   We came for a nice dinner between friends to celebrate a birthday. Overall, we enjoyed the experience as it was not busy, and the food was good. The service was a bit slow for the amount of people in the restaurant, but the staff was very nice and considerate. Most of the dishes were very flavourful and good portion sizes! Would recommend for a quiet lunch or dinner, away from the crowds of South Ken.

   The restaurant is in the swankiest hotel that is a hidden gem! We had a party of six and did the price fix menu. The food was amazing, generous portions, and well prepared. The service was friendly and efficient. Recommend!

   We hate to ever write a poor review but this needs to be noted to management. The food at the restaurant was good. My disappointment is with the wait staff, in particular the Asian girl who served us. Being from The US we hoped we would receive a warm and Welcoming service. What we got was a snarky girl who schooled us on what a vegan is and what a vegan is not. My daughter( who is Asian btw) is vegan and so we were taken aback by how rude she spoke to us. The menu says they can accommodate vegan and yet when we inquired she brought out the children’s menu . When we asked for Tap water she brought us still water in a bottle. It’s only a few pounds but it was the feeling of her trying to take advantage of us. We inquired about bread for the table and were given sliced bread and then charged for it. Again, not the point of the money it’s the rudeness in which she spoke to us and not to mention that we have Bread for a fee would have been the nice thing to do. We were never asked if we would like anything more to drink or order. Very disappointed. Although the food was good, your wait staff should be part of the whole dining experience. I would not recommend. Perhaps the managers should pay closer attention to the staff and correct rude behavior.

   Really delicious food. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty meal in a relaxed environment

   The food quality wasn’t what it used to be. Menu was impressive enough but execution lacked passion and some basic understanding of how to execute the dishes.

   Hidden gem in South Ken! Ambiance is amazing, service is high quality, and food is very good value for money! Perfect for a date or casual night out with friends!

    Really pleasant place to have lunch. The service was impeccable, the staff were really sweet with our three year old. I chose this restaurant because it catered for children as well as adults and we will be returning again! The burrata was fantastic!
