Hazel was an amazing server for brunch on Sunday! She was very knowledgeable regarding the menu and even took our group on a tour of the historic restaurant which was very interesting. Be sure to get the oysters Rockefeller while there!
The best meal we had on our first trip to NOLA. Went to Sunday brunch. Went at 10:30, no music on at all until 11:30 which was the only strange part. Our server team of Murphy and his daughter ( I believe named Emily) were an amazing serving duo. We never had to ask for anything. Bottomless mimosas are truly bottomless meaning your glass never empties before they are there refilling them (and it’s just a splash of OJ in your champagne). The food was great, my husband had a fish special and myself the French toast which was great. We finished with the baked Alaska which was incredible. A fairly plain dessert, but done to perfection. Emily even made us to go mimosas and we toured the property before we left which was so fun. Don’t miss this place!!
We celebrated our daughters birthday and this was the best experience. Paul was our server and he was awesome! It was like going home for lunch with family. Thank you for this wonderful time! Food was excellent, and we had time to walk around and see all of the history . Truly amazing!
Food, service and ambience were all great; it was overall one of my favorite dining experiences during our NOLA stay.
Elegant historic restaurant in the heart of the French Quarter.
Excellent food and service.
Check out the wine cellar, amazing!
Go for the appetizers and then the desserts. Crabmeat Ravigot rocks and the baked Alaska was fun.
Food delicious and enjoyable atmosphere
Ace was amazing! We had a wonderful, special experience at Antonie’s. Cannot miss!
We enjoyed the elegant atmosphere. The food was excellent. Quantity of food was perfect. Loved every thing about the lunch. Will definitely don’t it again.
We enjoyed Creole Shrimp and Classic Fish Amandine. They were both outstanding. The Antoine’s salad and Flourless Chocolate Tart and Jubilee Cheesecake were so good. The service we received made our dining experience perfect. The ambiance was just special.
This was a celebration of our anniversary as well as a birthday celebration for the other couple with us. I had mentioned this when I made my reservation. They put us next to a private party that was loud and apparently the waiters were spending a lot of time waiting on them. Service was slow in the beginning. We were told we'd get some bread and it never came until I found the waiter and asked when he would be bringing it. It did get better but I think that was we were almost the last people left and they wanted to close down. Not a good experience all in all.
Great to see things hopping at Antoine's
Just disappointed this visit with our waiter and the service, wasn’t usual.
Excellent 4 course tasting meal. Service was brilliant
Service and food exceptional!!! Restaurant was loud!!!! Would visit again though!!!
We never got the wine and cocktails we ordered.
With my husband. Awesome service and awesome food
Awesome ambiance, service and the food was perfect!
Just amazing... if you appreciate a traditional, historic dining atmosphere this is THE place.
Wonderful experience for a special dinner.
We were greeted and seated promptly. But after waiting 20 minutes to get offered water, we put in our appetizers. Got the apps another 30 minutes after placing the order. 30 minutes later they came out with our same appetizers... which we rejected explaining we already ate our appetizers and are waiting on our meals... meals came another hour later. So we waited 2 hours to get our meals... in addition we never got our checks. We asked multiple times, watched them serve other tables but ignored our check request. We eventually had to go to the host with our credit card to just pay the bill and get on with our life. So great food, very pricey, and if you have all the time in the world to wait on service, then it was an ok experience. I would not go back.
Absolutely amazing restaurant, great food, great service and a friendly staff. It’s pricey but worth every penny!
From the moment we walked in the door until we walked out, the service and food were amazing. It was a great experience that I would love to do again!
Everything was absolutely delicious and service was impeccable! Thank you!
Excellent food and service!
Antoine's is the essence of old school NOLA fine dining. Overall experience is and always has been top notch if you are seeking the signature old school dishes of New Orleans.
Been coming to Antoine’s for many years and it never disappoints. Good food, great staff with an old world ambience that’s not stuffy......
Service was great-a bit too chatty but friendly and really good. Would have been nice to see flowers. It seemed a little awkward to have people waiting in line to check in right in front of your table. That took away some from the expectation of refined class and then there were usually 5 people at the check in stand. The food was excellent and served in a very timely manner- presentation was good. I also noticed a folding table being used as a dining table-pretty tacky. My last experience at antoines years ago left me with a warm glowing memory. This memory will be rather austere and chilly in temperature.
Food is overpriced and very commercial. Taste like banquet food and was all served lukewarm. Great atmosphere, iconic room and classic old school service. Oysters Rockefeller were tasteless. Great chargrilled oysters and bread pudding! Make sure to sit in the annex - "main dining room" is super loud and right on the St. Louis Street.
Historic restaurant. Beautiful service, meals - will recommend. Interesting dishes. Try the oysters, peach cobbler, bread is delicious, as is seafood. Gracious, elegant experience.
Amazing staff. Amazing meal as always. Service is excellent. We’ve had terry as a waiter before and he’s the best. His trainee with him was so sweet and attentive. We can’t wait to return back from Philly.
I've looked forward to an opportunity to eat at Antoine's for decades. It surpassed my expectations. I'm a serious foodie, and this was--start to finish--the best meal of my 65 years on this planet. I can't wait to come back.
All was well until we went to the wine room to see the collection and while looking into kitchen saw a Rat the size of a loaf of bread!!!
Nice employees but very slow service. Seemed to be short staffed. Food was average. Ordered appetizers but waiter forgot. Very friendly people who appear to be overwhelmed.
Worst dining experience ever. We had to go to the bar twice to get our own drinks, sat at an empty table for 30 mins before anyone came around, had butter on the table and no bread for over an hour. Spoke to the manager, who did not care. Never going again.
Most of the dishes arrived lukewarm. They brought the wrong entree to me so my husband’s pompano was taken back & placed under a heat lamp while my entee was prepared. My entree was hot, but my husband’s pompano was overdone & dry when it arrived. Given the wait between courses, we just ate. The seasoning and flavor was good.
Excellent experience! One of our party considered our visit to Antoine’s as the height of her trip. I picked Antoine’s. Thanks to Antoine’s for making me look good!
The food did not meet expectations. The scallops were extremely chewy; the trout dish was dry and the sauce could not hide the lack of freshness. Oysters were included with the trout dish and they were rubbery and basically ensured the end of a desire to finish the meal. Overall lack of attention to detail; although, our waitress was very helpful.
Our waiter, Paul, and his assistant, Luca, we’re wonderful. A special dining experience!
