    My husband and I brought an out of town guest to Anthony’s to celebrate her birthday. We’re long time customers and had recently gone to Anthony’s for my husband’s birthday. As always, the location on the waterfront is fantastic and the energy level is lively. On our previous visit, my husband and I each had the black cod, which was sensational. This time, we had the seafood fettuccine and the pan fried oysters, which were both pretty good, but not great. Thankfully, our guest seemed to be very pleased with her scallops. I mentioned to our server that it was our guest’s birthday, in case she had missed my notation in our Open Table reservation. We ordered the strawberry cheesecake to share. Our server delivered it with a lit candle, which was very thoughtful. When the bill came, however, it was not comped. We chose not to say anything. Overall, we had a great time and the food was good. Our main disappointment with the experience was the lack of warmth and hospitality on the part of our server. Separate from not comping the dessert, she was not personable at all! Our server on our previous visit was extremely friendly and personable. It makes a difference!

    Lovely evening, great server, truly appreciated his intentional handing my credit card to me before signing which prevented me from leaving it in the folder. Strawberry sorbet was to die for!

    Amazing fresh seasonal seafood and produce. Loved everything we had. Cooper River Salmon entree with homemade Strawberry Shortcake for dessert. Great experience overall.

    The food was perfect! Our waitress was ok. The gentleman going around filling water had terrible body odor that was unpleasant while eating. They were very slow cleaning up dishes from the table.

    The salmon portion for kids was so small , my 10 y old son was still hungry. May be the portion should be a little bigger to fill up a kid. The seafood fettuccine was mainly pasta no seafood.

    Our server was great, the food was horrible, the eggs were runny the ham was tasteless and the color of beef, a very unpleasant look!  My Chinese chicken salad would have been good if it had chicken, to be honest I have no idea what kind of meat was in the salad it was thinly sliced and grey, I don’t know if they serve old meat or what the deal is but the food would be much better if they would use nice fresh products like organic chicken breasts and I have never had tasteless ham before, I had a drink that was to be garnished with an orange slice, I can eat oranges but I can’t eat lemons or lime,well the glass wasn’t garnished with an orange slice but there was a big chunk of lime inside the glass so I could not drink it, that was $11.50 wasted yes I could have asked my server about it, but she was so busy I would have felt horrible asking her to take it back, I was hoping she would notice I didn’t touch it and ask about it but she was really busy, we waited an hour for our brunch, my family has been going to Anthony’s since my children were babies, my oldest is 52 I have the recipe for the blueberry coffee cake they have at brunch, I make it every Christmas for my youngest son I have for 35 years! Father’s Day was the most disappointing day I have ever had at Anthony’s in all the years of going there the food was really horrible and I felt so bad for our server I didn’t want to burden her with complaining about our food and overpriced drink that had fruit that would make me sick for days if I drank it! If it says it is going to have an orange do not substitute with a lime!!!!! $100 wasted!!
