Angolo was an amazing choice of restaurant. The food was great, the service was really nice, and the overall atmosphere was really calm and chilled.

We ended up booking this place last minute as a booking elsewhere was cancelled and we were very pleased with the food. The ambiance, being right next to a busy main road, wasn’t the best but we enjoyed it nonetheless.

Restaurant was very nice and welcoming. The food is authentic italian and the service was great as well. Definitely recommend it!

The restaurant was lovely, I loved the atmosphere and the prices were fair for the great food you’re eating. Only problem I had was with the app waitress, she seemed like she was also owner of the place or some sort. She pushed the chair against me multiple times, never came back to ask if we wanted anything else or if we were okay. When it came to pay, I had a problem with one of my cards and asked for a moment while I fixed the bank problem and she just stood there looking at us pressuring me to pay and leave. It was very condescending. The younger waitress wasn’t even assigned our table but she was lovely and helped us many times while our waitress ignored us. She always came back to make sure we were okay and I wish I had been able to leave the service charge to her. I wanted to remove the optional service charge but she was pressuring so much to leave that I just payed and left not wanting to cause anymore stress on my night out.

Very slow service and people got their meals at completely different times so our food was cold by the time everything arrived ... shame, as the food was good!

Great local Italian with the benefit of outdoor seating. Pizza was very nice, not too thick and very fresh ingredients. Gnocchi also great and the minestrone soup really hit the spot. They very kindly also made a very nice (and very chocolatey as requested!) birthday cake for my son.

My new favourite local restaurant! The food was high quality whilst also being low cost and the wait staff were so nice. Will definitely be coming back!
