   I can't say enough about how good the food is at Angelini. Consistently the quality is excellent, the service great and ambiance fun. No one rushes you out, everything is freshly made, the waiters are great help. I've been going there for over 15 years, it's my go to when I want a real Italian meal.

   There was 7 of us and we shared a bunch of appetizers. None of them were very tasty. Definitely not worth the hype, money, or drive there.

   Well, there may be a more amazing Italian restaurant in L.A… but not that we’ve ever found! We LOVE Angelina!!! The dishes are ALL incredible, and you could not find more a more wonderful team… Everyone is kind and attentive and genuinely lovely. This is a rare and very special place.

   I frequently dine here with a group of 8-10 friends about once a month and I always pick this place because the waiters and staff are very accommodating and we all love the food. The bruschetta, Alimentari salad, and lemon pasta are some of our favorites. We think of Angelini as our go-to place.

   This is my "go-to" restaurant for Italian food here in Los Angeles. Conveniently located on Beverly Blvd. - here's a parking tip - if you have a 7:00 p.m. reservation, you can usually find a parking meter that will shortly expire. I always order the Tagliolini Limone which is pasta made with a lemon cream sauce and Parmigiano Reggiano. Haven't found this dish anywhere else.

   I TIME TRAVELED TO THE 1950’S WITH THE SERVER PAOLO!! 🤠 I usually always receive pushy, passive aggressive, questionable service here. But this experience was way too obvious to not tell! So listen to the story where I TIME TRAVELED!! 😁🥰 So I have a friend who is from Italy and I told her about this place and how authentic it is- and how amazing the food is. We arrive to the restaurant, we’re sat in this area by a big tree (what are the odds of that lol) And we are greeted by the one and only PAOLO! He sees my friend and instantly lights up because she is from Italy! He greets her ask for her name and gets comfortable. He proceeds to only speak to her from here on. He ask for our drinks- I tell him I would like a glass of wine. I pull out my ID and I hand it to him. He looks at the ID suspiciously in the light- and sees I’m over 21. I had my hand out to receive my ID back and he smacks it on the table. I jump slightly- thrown off by this. I guess he noticed his decision and begins to ask what kind of ID, so he can redo his obvious cue to me. He goes to my friend ask her kindly for her ID, and places it gracefully in her hands. He then ask me again what would I like to drink. Puzzled because I just told him. I said I would like the Rosé Wine- Mateo’s little boat. He then hammers in and says “uh Well. That’s not actually Pinot noir- 🤨. I’m not sure why it’s under Rosé wine. The real Pinot noir is HERE” his index finger flings to the Red Wine section in the menu. The red wine he pointed to obviously WAY more than my original chosen item. I look to him and I say “well that’s fine. I would still like to try the Mateo’s little boat”. He makes a stale face and runs off to get the wine. We got our food- luckily I wasn’t poisoned. We get to the checks- he looks at me, and he slams my credit card and checks down and shows me the total as if I couldn’t read! Then he gives my friend her card and says “Goodnight G***” (my friends name) RACISt-I mean. “Time travelers“😅

    Only place we go during white truffle season. White truffle Bianca pizza and the white truffle pasta are a must. Veal bone marrow and uni pasta are the BEST in LA and NY. Going back again tonight.
