Our Executive Chef, Cristian Pontiggia, combines old world cooking techniques with modern, innovative recipes and artful plating. His dishes fully embrace the Inn’s Southwestern and native heritage and are consistently changing and adapting to reflect the freshest, most seasonal local ingredients. Lombardy native Chef Cristian has won numerous awards such as Chef of the Year in New Mexico 2023 from the New Mexico Restaurant Association, and also Chef of the Year in 2022 and 2023 from the American Culinary Federation. Most recently, he was Semifinalist in the James Beard award competition for the Best Chef of the Southwest. The restaurant has been awarded with the Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence in 2023 and 2024, featuring the most exclusive wines from around the world.

Food was phenomenal. For appetizer we ordered the jamón with figs and burrata. Entreé I got the sea bass and my hubby got the poke. So delish. Sea bass was cooked to perfection. Poke was delicious. Fresh tuna! We saved some room for desserts; tres leches and bourbon bread pudding. Both were superb. Service is a little slow but I think they are short staff, maybe. Ambiance was great! You can actually have conversation and actually hear it. For sure we will return!

Very disappointed with our experience. Service was ridiculously slow! Food was mediocre and the wine was way over priced. Had high hopes but it wasn't a very goof experience and will not be going back!

One of the best meals I’ve had. The pear carpaccio starter was superb. Thinly sliced pear rounds topped with marinated artichoke, goat cheese, pistachios with a fig balsamic reduction. To die for. The main was a perfectly cooked seabass with a dreamy poblano sauce. Excellent service from Joaquin. I can’t recommend enough.
