   Ambience and service is very nice of course. The food is quite disappointing and very clearly a bit of an after thought. We ordered a variety of starters and they were all quite underseasoned while at the same time not letting the core ingredients shine through. The dishes seemed to draw inspiration from some good ideas but fell flat consistently.

   Sat in the restaurant and listened to live bassa nova, it was wonderful. The food is always second to none.

   Great ambience and decor. The service was very good. However the food was not great and everything was under seasoned. The menu was very limited and not many option. Overall not value for money.

    I have been to Amazónico in Madrid and Miami and I’ve never experienced such a horrible thing before. The waiters were all chatting amongst them, it was so difficult to get their attention to order water, things. I especially said when I called that I wanted to order the asado menu and they said I could order for one as I was coming with a child. The waiter made me order for two, me and my child. Obviously all of the meats were left untouched. When I asked for them to pack it, they left all of the vegetables and half of the meats and only packed the chicken and the pork.., in carton boxes without even a bag. 150£ pounds thrown to the trash. It’s NOT correct. It took hours and hours … because the service was so so bad, and the waiter was new, inexperienced not up to Amazónico. Certainly never going back in London.
