Expect to find signature dishes such as Amina's Moroccan spiced chicken wings, served with preserved lemon and saffron – and made to Head Chef, Yaz Khadiri mum’s own recipe, Moroccan zaalouk salad of chargrilled aubergine, chilli and sesame and spicy merguez sausages, served with roasted tomatoes, rosemary and fresh lemon. Other dishes include a range of fresh and seasonal loaded flatbreads, bursting with toppings such as Iberico ham, sobrassada, manchego and sun-dried tomato, and a choice of kebabs served with house sumac, red onion and coriander salad, alphabet harissa, hummus and pickles. The menu also includes an array of superfood salads, as well as a daily selection of changing specials.
