   We had a fantastic experience at Alpenrose in Vail! Our server, Samuel, was wonderful—attentive and friendly. We were thrilled to be able to have our dog with us on the patio, which was a huge plus. The food was absolutely delicious. They serve the lunch menu until 5 PM, which worked perfectly for us. The kids loved the giant pretzel, and the schnitzel with spätzle was as traditional as it gets. My personal favorite was the goulash—tender, flavorful, and perfectly done. The ambience was beautiful, with a fun and modern German vibe. I’ll definitely be bringing all my friends here—such a cool spot!

   Ligia, our server did an excellent job from her suggestions for plates to order, to service & timing. All the food was deliciously prepared & beautifully served. Samuel made sure that dessert included the candles I brought to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was a delightful experience! We will definitely be back!

   We used to have lunch or dinner here, we lived it but the food quality is going down. It used to be fresh, desserts, and really good quality. Not today. The service is great. The patio was too hot.
